The hotel was just off the main market square, not to be beaten location-wise. The room was comfy and kept very clean. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was top notch with great food and even better service.

The WiFi was down when I arrived back at the hotel on my last day at 17.00 and was still down at 10.30 the next morning when I left. I needed to work, so this was far from ideal. I was told in the evening and the next morning that IT were working on it, I don't understand why it would take so long.

Excellent location (best in town), premium feeling, classy design, unique (instagrammable) spa and pool area, very polite staff… the comfort room was more spacious than I thought it would be. No problem for a couple. Cozy with nice views. A really pleasant stay.

Some minor improvements could be made. Practical stuff is missing like a fridge, a pair of slippers etc. No big deal, I guess they will give if you ask. Our tv was at the wall next to the bed. Not opposite. We didn’t use it but if someone wanted to watch anything it would be a problem. A little awkward. The most important issue is the breakfast which we didn’t get (as many others) because of the price. No matter how good it may be the price is not reasonable. I’ve taken premium a la carte breakfast to other luxury hotels not at this price… I think that is something they should consider again since the price of the hotel is already on the high edge. The “neighbourhood” itself has quality options for breakfast and the city has many too so you won’t have a problem skipping it.

The location is great, in the middle between the two old town parts, close to most important sights and a minute from the main square. The staff are helpful and friendly. The complementary water bottles are a great thing to have while you are on vacation, exploring the city all day. The room, the lobby and the café and bar that are part of it, are all very nice and give a luxurious feel.

The way the bathroom is separated from the bedroom, with blurred/frosted glass kind of thing, it's a little weird. The fitness and the SPA are nothing special. The fitness has just a few cardio machines, which is kind of normal for a hotel gym. The SPA only has a single sauna and a small pool. The view from the pool is cool though. The parking is really close to the hotel, but not part of it and it is really badly organised. There is no indication if there are free spaces. If not, the barrier just won't open, and that barrier is already deep down in the garage, other cars can also line up behind you and you are kind of stuck until there is free space. We didn't wait too long, 10-15 minutes, but just the way it is organised is irritating.

Comfortable beds and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Everything worked. Also, the restaurant they referred us to was very easy to walk to and German food was great. They also booked a taxi for us and made sure we knew how/where to find the driver.

The design and decor was modern and utilitarian/functional rather than contemporary yet cozy. We also didn’t like that our room was in another building across from the main hotel. And there was no phone to call down to the front desk.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was very professional and friendly. The design is very nice. The room very spacious. We asked for tea when the bar was closed and they had someone bring us a whole kettle, cups and tea bags to use for our stay in our room. The soaps in the bathroom smell nice. The restaurant was amazing for dinner and breakfast was also wonderful. They knew we we had our dog with us and they set up bowls, treats and a mat for her in our room when we arrived. The location is also fantastic right by the central Platz and the river. The parking is just across the street. We also loved the vouchers for ice cream.

35€ extra per night for the dog seemed high. Our room was not on the river side, the doors opened to towards the street and it was a bit loud. Next time I would ask for a room on the river side.

What I loved about this stay was the excellent customer service. Having direct access via WhatsApp for any requests was incredibly convenient, and the staff who welcomed me were kind and attentive. Another highlight was the breakfast area—it had an amazing view of the canal/river, creating a wonderful connection to the outdoors while enjoying your meal. The service from the waitstaff was exceptional, adding to the experience. I also appreciated how close it was to the Christmas markets—I didn’t have to walk far at all. The place had a super chic vibe and a pleasant, luxurious scent—an "expensive cool chic" kind of smell.

What I didn’t like was how small my room was—I felt very cramped, especially with the two large suitcases I brought. Personally, feeling confined makes me uncomfortable. I prefer having extra space to store luggage out of sight, keeping the room visually clean and open for a more relaxing experience.

The breakfast was lovely, there was a lot of choice and was lovely quality food. The location was perfect for getting out and about seeing the City. We loved the views from our balcony and the industrial yet warm and cozy interior design. The Spa was lovely.

It would have been good to have been shown the different pillows available on check in as the ones in the room were so soft we couldn’t get used to them but kept forgetting to ask to change them. The pool was really cold which was a shame as it would have been nice to spend more time in there making use of the fabulous views and beautiful windows.

The hotel was moments away from Nuremberg's mail plaza. It was walking distance from everything! Our room had a view of the plaza, yet was very quiet. The room was nicely laid out and comfortable. The welcome we received when we arrived was outstanding. We were tired from a long train ride, but the ladies at the front desk helped to put a smile on our faces.

We asked for an extra hour to check out, and were told it would be an extra 99 euro. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world, and this was a first! It left a bad impression on an otherwise wonderful stay.

Perhaps they need more staff at the coffee place on the high demand hours. We just went somewhere else because the poor guy was alone trying to supply all the cappuccinos and waiting for coffee in the morning is not great fun. Our room needed more structure for use. No place for suitcases or where to sit comfortably in the room. The foot bench is also badly Design since it tilts when there is no counterweight on the opposite end. My partner is klutzy so guess what happened. I stood up and he went over with the bench! It was funny for us but perhaps other people won’t find it amusing. I loved the materials and colours.

Excellent location for the old town. Very comfortable bed, good bathroom, good quiet air conditioning, and we made good use of the balcony. Quiet room, didn't hear any other guests or noise from outside. Friendly staff.

I didn't feel encouraged to use the pool or facilities. We were told to use the QR code to get info on the hotel and felt a little impersonal. The bathroom mirror wasn't suitable for applying makeup or shaving. Would have been nice to have slippers particularly to use the pool. There wasn't enough utensils to actually cook anything in the room or open a bottle of beer. However the hotel would probably have been accommodating if we had asked.
