The hotel is in a great location so we could reach everything by foot other than the rally grounds but there's the bus stop a minute away that will take you straight there! The staff were all super friendly, they pointed out interesting things to visit and enabled us to check in late and even looked after our cases for our last day after checkout. I can't recommend this hotel enough; location excellent, breakfast was perfect with plenty to choose from, the rooms were lovely and absolutely spotless. And there's a lift so no struggling with cases and spot on for my 73yr old mum too!

Everything exceeded expectations so no complaints whatsoever!

The elevator was a plus when traveling as a senior. Staff was friendly. Breakfast delicious.

Unfortunately the front desk is not open or reachable all day long. It was not explained that if you want your room cleaned you must let them know the night before. We arranged for their taxi driver to pick us up at 4am to catch our early morning flight and he never showed up! No way to reach anyone at that time of the morning and this place is on a non-busy out-of-the way street in old town. Not happy about that arrangement and my cell phone service was no help.

The check in process is very easy even if you do not arrive while reception is open. It is a very nice hotel and the location is very good. All parts of the old town are an easy walk. The staff also had good recommendations on places to eat and things to do. The property has an arrangement with a parking garage close by for some slightly discounted parking if you arrive by car.

Understandably, with being in the old town. The rooms are a bit small but definitely comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, easy to get around, and close to everything I needed. The room was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. What stood out most was the staff: very polite, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. I also appreciated the breakfast selection—especially the gluten-free bread option, which isn’t always easy to find. Overall, a reliable and pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Only 5 mins walk from main market square. Lovely part of the old town. Incredibly clean facilities in a traditional hotel. All hotels in the area seemed a little on the pricier side but this was a bit more reasonable than others and perfect for what we needed.

Pretty hard beds. Definitely straighten you out after a day of sight seeing. Bathroom wind I didn’t have blind only frosted glass.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location is very good if visiting the Christmas Markets.

Early check-in wasn’t available, and luggage was stored in what seemed like a public café area rather than a secure space. The room was hot at night, requiring the window to be left open to cool down. This added to the significant noise from drunken smokers outside the neighbouring bar, which lasted until the early hours of the morning.

Can't beat the location. Right in Nuremburg's old town, but in the quieter part of it and far enough from the clock tower that you're not jolted awake every hour. Staff also gave us a map and a brochure of what to see in Nuremburg when we checked in. They also marked the hotel's location on the map. It's a small gesture, but many of our other hotels did not do this, and it was very much appreciated.

Laundry facilities would have been helpful, but that's about it.

The staff I met on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Gave me a map and circled some information so I knew where to head out to. The pool, sauna, and gym equipment were brilliant. I really appreciated having some exercise on my holiday when I got back to the hotel 😊 The place was very clean and well put together

I wish there was a spare blanket for the bed as it was a little chilly at night, since it has hit autumn

The location of the hotel, its cleanliness, comfort and the staff's interest were great. Thank you for everything. Especially in the evenings, the quiet street is perfect for walking and finding peace.

It would be better if the little garden was open in the evenings and also a machine where we can get tea or coffee.

Best place to stay in the Old Town for single Black Women, or persons worried about discrimination ☆☆☆☆☆ I have only good things to say about my experience here!
