It's nice to be in the city center. Check-in and entry are done digitally. The room is very clean, the sheets and pillows are comfortable. It was also nice to have a Nespresso complimentary.

It was probably mentioned somewhere, but I totally missed it — there’s no elevator and our room was up in the attic on the 4th floor. After a long day out, climbing all those stairs felt like a workout we didn’t sign up for! So I’d definitely suggest double-checking what floor your room will be on. On the bright side, the location is great — right in the center with plenty of bars and fun spots nearby. Just keep in mind, if you’re an early sleeper or not a fan of city noise, this hotel might not be your fav.

Absolutely amazing hotel! We had a good room e balcony over the river and it was a bliss! The cleaning staff are extremely nice and the restaurant/bar just as fine. While everything is online, Chris has been responding to us promptly when we needed and was very accommodating and understanding and very helpful. I would go back next time, no questions asked.

Not a dislike but for some it might be useful to know that the breakfast is “a la carte” (from the menu, not buffet) and for us at least is more of a “good snack” rather than filling full breakfast. However, the quality is top and would definitely recommend getting with breakfast.

Location is good and there is an amazing view from the window. Breakfast was delicious. It was different from other hotels, you can order something from menu. I was really happy with provided food. I'm in love with their dog Mia <3 the cutest animal to meet Stuff was really helpful to take my suitcase upstairs and keep at the office, since there is no elevator.

The only bad thing is that there is no elevator in the building, so if you have issues with walking upstairs easily or have heavy suitcase, ask the in advance to reserve room not at the high flats.

centrally located, just a minute from U Bahn station, overlooking the river and in the heart of the city. The room had a huge balcony facing the river and it make out stay extremely enjoyable (as it was a summer temperature). We also enjoyed complementary coffee in the room (and drink in on the balcony with stunning view). There is excellent restaurant attached to the hotel. Rooms are large and well decorated, bathroom as well.

everything is online and we don't have attention span to carefully read e mails from the hotel :-) so several guests struggle to check in. I also did not realize that check in should be done only few hours before coming (similar to airplane check in) so I tried for several times to do it in advance. we were in Nuremberg for the festival so we also sleep longer in the morning and it seems that cleaning crew have only morning shift. They always left clean towels and coffee in front of the door, but if you expect daily cleaning this might be an issue (we were just fine, just saying)

We loved the location of the hotel within walking distance to all of downtown. The breakfast and attached bar/restaurant were very nice and the staff there was wonderful. Food was very good.

We had a lovely room on the 4th/5th floor but there was no elevator. So we had to hike 5 flights of stairs whenever we went to and from our room. I knew I could check-in online but did not realize it was the only option and that there was no reception area with a staff member to help. We figured it out with the help of the restaurant staff but not the best start after a long travel day.

The room was perfect. Super cozy, super warm, and very comfortable. Ours was on the 4th floor so it was kind of an attic and there was an amazing side view of the river. Just a heads up there is no elevator, so if you have mobility issues you should choose a different hotel. The room was also very clean, spotless.. The location was just perfect. Right in the middle of the center and the price was definitely value for money. The fact that the whole check in and check out process was digital, made it even easier for us. The staff was quick to answer every question we had through the app.

Great location, room was big with good soundproofing. Very modern and conveniently has a restaurant bar downstairs. Aircon worked well. Nice to have a coffee machine and a fridge.

I really wanted to rate this 10 stars but the cleaners were so loud outside my room this morning, waking me up with their shouting and laughing. I thought it was really inconsiderate to the guests and unprofessional.

Excellent breakfast and location of the hotel. Parking garage close by. Room we had was small though but sufficient for one night.

The check-in is via a computer. We have never seen any hotel staff. I guess it is a solution with almost not being able to find employees but this makes it very unpersonal. Its also very disturbing that all information i provided in the booking app, needs to be entered again. Very inefficient. if you use a computer for check-in , pls make sure this is done in an efficient way. As mentioned room we had was small, we had small bagpacks hence no issue, if you travel with a suitcase, there is no space for it. We stayed in the weekend, found the room price quite high if you set this off against the size of the room.

Perfect location! The room (other than the toilet) was really clean, and we had a great view of the river despite not even booking a river-view room. Plenty of coffee capsules were available, and the soap/shampoo/etc smelled incredible!

The toilet was pretty streaked from whoever had last used it, which was a little gross. We also didn't like the app-system for check in/room unlock/check out, etc. There were a few occasions on which the app was slow to load, so we were stuck outside unnecessarily long. It wasn't a 'cheap' place to stay, so for the price we would have expected to have no issues getting into the building and room.

Well situated hotel within minutes walk to the castle and the main square. Check in was by mobile phone. The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the bathroom was designed well (the shower was big enough). A choice of breakfast items off their regular menu for their restaurant was offered and it was very good. The restaurant itself has an outdoor terrace which was lovely for drinks in the evening.

The parking garage was close by, but it was very expensive.
