The cooperation of the staff was good. Free storage room for your bags at any time. Nice swimming pool. Nice cozy bar.

The room was very basic and it needed some accessories, like slippers and free water bottles which would've cost the property very little money but would've made a big difference. The breakfast room had very basic food and short of anything remarkable. Also, the tables were not immediately cleared and cleaned after previous users. The beds need new mattresses. You could feel the springs when sleeping on them.

It was very close to the station and we were travelling by train. We were leaving very early the next morning and when we mentioned this they offered to make us up a packed breakfast/lunch as we had booked a room with breakfast which we would miss which was very nice of them.

Our first room did not have air conditioning and it was very hot. However when we asked at reception they moved us to a different room (for an upgrade fee of course).

Very good location. right next to the central station, metro line U1 and U2 -just a few stops to Nürbermesse. Near the old town. The room is clean, there are all amenities. The staff is polite and helpful. Good and tasty breakfast. There is a swimming pool.

Confusing corridors. Like a maze.

The location next to the railway station and nearby the subway is fantastic if you are traveling with public transport. it is also very close to the old town if you want to visit the town or if you want to find a restaurant in the evening.

the hotel is a bit of a labyrinth with several buildings, I needed 4 staircases en several doors and hallways to make it to my room, which means it is a long walk if you need to be at the reception.

Receptionist gave me very complicated instructions to find my room. Told me to go to 4th Floor on Lift, then take a long walk and take another lift to 5th floor. In reality, my room was just above stairwell when you get out of 4th floor lift (just up one flight and I was there)

Excellent location - extremely close to local transportation and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful - exceptional customer service. Good breakfast.

Limited elevator access to our rooms was inconvenient, so there were a lot of stairs. Thankfully, not all rooms had this issue. However, staff helped take luggage to and from rooms which we really appreciated.

Room is not completely sound proof; during the night noisy neighbours can be heard … Breakfast offer could be improved.

Room very good, although on the 5th floor, slightly strange layout, but very well furnished, beds good, bathroom very good, with large shower, all very modern. Breakfast selection very good. The Bar was good, not bad on price and a nice relaxing atmosphere.

On arrival we were a bit tired and chose to eat in the Restaurant, some of the meals, looked a bit expensive TBH, as we were not starving, we had a very light/small meal with a soup starter, which was ok price wise. But a full 3 course meal, if you were hungry would be an expensive evening.

Good. Reakfast but staff member running the breakfast could have been a bit more friendly. Very nice Reception staff who were only glad to help

Location great, close to city centre, a tram stop immediately outside of the hotel with trams every 10 mins to my place of work

I could have brought my swim shorts and taken advantage of the indoor pool, I will next time!
