We stayed in the Penthouse apartment, which had a very large outdoor space with a table for six, two small couches and chairs as well as an expansive area with artificial grass perfect for laying on and observing the stars. The interior of the apartment was very modern with lighting features to fit any mood. The kitchen was very small if one wanted to cook; however, there were pots and pans, etc. There is a dishwasher, a coffee machine and good assortment of glassware for serving wine, beer or cocktails. Lots of middle eastern fare in the neighborhood at good prices. The closest parking garage would be have been difficult if my car was bigger than a wagon. We immediately said we would come back!

The kitchen could be larger if you were planning on cooking.

The Junior Penthouse Suite had decent space for our family of 5. We liked the close proximity to the Route 10 and Route 8 trollies that take you to the AltStadt and Hbf (respectively). The whole facility was very clean and staff were very friendly. You'll use an app to open and close doors, so make sure your phone is charged before you leave the room! Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen wasn't a chef's kitchen per se, but it was functional for cooking the basics. It is stocked with glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware. The fridge was a decent size. There was also a combo microwave/oven, cook top, and small dishwasher. The laundry facilities were okay, but were more for a quick wash and required you to download an app to use. The washer and dryer were a bit cumbersome to access in a small closet space, but did work overall. There is a Rewe food market and a Der Beck coffee shop a block away; we went to both several times during our stay. The staff in both facilities were very nice. Overall, a good stay! I am only ranking a 9 due to the location.

The neighborhood was a decent walk from AltStadt so we opted to take the trolley system. There wasn't any open/green space in the neighborhood, but you are in a city, so that's expected.

Everything was lovely

The building and apartment were good. The distance from the old city was walkable, 10 mins, same for the central train station and the U2 which is the line for the airport. The big terrace on the rooftop was great, revealing some beautiful views.

Cleanliness could be improved, the dishwasher is working but the plates came out dirty after a wash cycle. The neighborhood was sketchy, so keep that in mind.
