Svetlana was very responsive and helpful prior and during our stay. The apartment was spacious enough to accommodate our needs. The kitchen had all the main utensils and appliances to prepare a meal. The flat itself was finished to a good standard and very clean. Cleaning service is also provided every 3rd day. There is a possibility to book a car park space for 10 euros day (located in the back courtyard) as it might be challenging to find a car park space in the street nearby. The town centre is reachable on foot (about 15 mins walk) or there is a tram stop nearby that takes you to the main railway station where the historic part of the town starts. There are several supermarkets around and restaurants to choose from. There is also a public swimming pool for those who like to go for a swim. I fully recommend this place

There is nothing I did not like. All good

A functional apartment in a quiet area but close to a main road and tram line into the city centre. Good little kitchen and there's a supermarket over the road to help you stock up on breakfast items etc. Flat was a nice temperature, and there was a nice bonus of a couple of blankets provided in the wardrobe.

The WiFi ran quite slowly. There's no real seating area, other than a couple of chairs around a table and a small armchair in a corner, so not really somewhere to come back and relax in the evening.

Spotless clean room with a super comfortable bed. We liked the coffee making and having a fridge. The location is good, an easy 15 minute walk to the city and close to trams.

There was a couple of problems - the heating didn't work on the first day and there was no hot water on the second day. The hotel was quick to fix them and did apologise but no discount offered.

Very clean and modern. The owner was very attentive and supportive. She gave me advice on how to travel around Nuremberg and even lent me a beautifully illustrated history book. The apartment is very well located, within walking distance of the train station and close to the city’s attractions. It is surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, and markets, all in a very good neighborhood.

No complains.

The rooms are clean and you have all amenities if traveling with kids or longer stays.

You can reach city center by foot, unfortunatelly you would have to pass thorugh some less pleasant areas where to be honest i would not go during the night, especially with kids. This is not near the hotel, rather closer to city center.

The apartment was as it was described, maybe a litle smaller. It was clean and the fact that every second a cleaning was taking place made it better. The bed were great and it was quiet to rest.

A second closet is necessary, when three persons are staying at the same time and defenetly more hangers.

Good location outside innerstadt and close to several restaurants, one of which is a great Ethiopian restaurant named "Lucy." Close to tram and not from old Nazi Party rally grounds and museum if you're into history. Parking is a breeze f.or only 8.5 E a day and is located just behind the apartments. Kitchen was conveniently laid out with all the necessary accouterments.

Only complaint was from my wife who didn't like the bathroom being located right off the kitchen. I didn't have a problems with it.

The apartment is equiped very well. Little welcome choclate bar was nice. And huge ventilator on hot day was awsome to have.

Check-in is limited in time, there is 40 Eur fine (fee) for check-in after 8 pm. Due to delays of German trains we could not make it on time. However, since we were less than half an hour late, the receptionist made no problem with that

Kitchen was small but perfectly fine for me as I was on my own. The apartment was roomy enough for my needs and was good value for money. I think it could have taken two people just fine. Just around the corner from a nice supermarket and a few local restaurants. A quick trams journey into the city centre.

Shower and bathroom were clean, the area was silent and the room spacious. There was an entire kitchen with Oven, Stove, Coffee Machine (Filter) and a Microwave. Overall I am satisfied.

Nothing negative to add, except that there is no smoker area on the property. This is no big issue but merely a small concern.
