First, the location of the hotel is very good where you have bus stop And train station near you. The hotel staffs are really friendly, helpful and speak English. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast oh my God. decent hot breakfast bar plus all the other things like , cereal and yogurt. Hot bar has cheese omelette, potato, sausage, waffle and of course, toast. And many, many more.

The hotel was amazing,our rooms were perfect,very clean,very comfortable and the staff was very kind and helpful.We had a disabled person with us.From the hotel,they arranged one of our rooms to be bigger and with bathroom for the disabled person.The rooms had a door between them so to communicate and help eachother.It was only for one night during our trip from UK to Greece,but it was beautiful and so relaxed for us!! Thank you for everything.

This is a great hotel! The bed was super comfy - probably one of the best hotel beds I've slept in - and the soundproofing is excellent! The room is well designed with every you need. There's a great variety of channels in various languages to choose from. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is plentiful and there's a fab variety - something for everyone. The location is good - easy to reach by car and only 2-3 minutes on foot from the old via stairs at the back of the hotel. When parking at the garage, go to level 8 - the same level as the hotel.

This is more of an observation than a complaint - there's no decaffeinated coffee at breakfast and the cheese on offer was tasteless (maybe because it was chilled?)

Very clean and quiet. with a convenient parking below the hotel. the breakfast is rich with a selection of fresh products

the already made pancakes weren't that good. it would be great to allow the guests to prepare on the fly pancakes or waffles. Pillows were extremely soft, too much for my taste

Very good hotel, nice rich breakfast. Location is very close to the Furth old city, 5 minutes walk. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking right in the hotel basement. We were lucky and it was free for us, usually 15euro a day Small present (playmobil toy) for our son was exciting!

I've had the same problem in another holiday Inn that even with the heat off it was too hot and I had to open the window at night even though it was -2 outside. Not much room for clothes or indeed for hanging towels but appreciate it's mainly a business hotel. Breakfast low quality ingredients and repetitive.

The breakfast choices were excellent and extremely varied with attention to fresh ingredients First class

Check out the showers for potential flooding due to short shower screens. But that is only minor but spillage longer term could cause dampness .

The hotel is at Furth . The Underground station is very close and also nearby are several cafe pubs for an evening meal . The hotel has a convenient location.

As part of a large hotel it was a little impersonal I especially noted this as at the time I was suffering from a hearing problem

The hotel is next to the conference centre, which was very convenient during the stay. The breakfast was very good. The bar was always available and the staff was very kind.

A bit more attention to the cleanliness of the carpets would be good.

We had a really short stay, as we were in transit in Germany, but we had an excellent stay. We left early morning, so Philip, the night manager, went above and beyond to make us a breakfast bag to take away with us. The room was really clean and the bed was so so comfortable. Definetly we would stay there again if we had a chance.

Everyting was spotless. The night manager was really helpful and nice.
