A 10 for the cleaning. It was spotless. The receptionist wasn't there but he messaged us that the keys was in the secure box at the entrance. We left early and we left the keys in the same place. It was perfect for resting one night on our way to Romania.

We arrived at 23:00 hours. It was raining a lot. Unfortunately, it was bad to park. For someone outside the Germany, the surrounding looked dodgy. But maybe is only my opinion.

The place was clean, nice bathroom - quiet area - easy to get to the bus/train into town. Around the corner was a great grocery store for breakfast (a reastarunt inside the grocery store.) We had a room on the ground floor which was great, as it was the end of a lot of travel and the ground floor was easy. It rained and they lent us an umbrella!

Even though it was not in the center of town Nuremberg, we already knew that - so we planned for the extra time to get into town (which was less than 30 min.)

Raja was soniind. It was a pleasure to be there. The room has what we need. It's a good place very easy accessible to the middle of the town and to the Toy Fair

The people who enter in the pension are louds. My room was in the ground floor. It will be better to have stronger door with more isolation

The place has a perfect location. It was simple but functional. Everything we needed was available. The room was always clean. Kind and welcoming service staff and friendly atmosphere created a cozy feeling. And we were given all the information we needed to make our trip easier. Although the guesthouse is not 5 stars, the cleanliness and service were at a high level.

Very helpful and polite staff. The hotel is a bit far from the centre but the local transport (bus and train) is very accessible.

The building is old, some TLC in the rooms is needed. For a short business stay it is ok. The price of the room during the Fair was far to high for what the hotel offers.

Very nice staff and atmosphere. The owner Raia is an amazing person who will always help you and advice!

The hotel is nice but needs a small renovation and change of the mattresses👌🏻

The staff and manager, were exceptionally, nice and friendly and helpful people, it was an easy going and happy few days well pleased 😄😀

Nothing to dislike

Limited parking space in front of guesthouse, but parking was easy to find in nearby streets (2 minute walk).

Parking. They put a baby bed. Also the personal was very warming. It's convenient to travel with a little baby.

No lift and the stairs were quite steep.

Mostly we liked the cleanliness and friendliness of staff. We felt right at home. Comfortable beds. Super value for the money.
