We only checked in to use the pool and shower facilities as we had a few hours to kill before needing to leave for the airport. Our original hotel we had to check out at 1pm. We booked via booking.com but when we arrived we asked the receptionist if we could get a day rate rather than a over night rate, in which the receptionist was not really helpful. It appeared as if he had no interest to look further into this and just told us no. With that being said not all staff were rude, the (Vietnamese) waiter in the restaurant was very friendly, kind and polite - the food (I had surf and turf) and service were great. We then retired our bedroom and got ready for the airport, we then checked out.

The pool on the booking.com pictures is not what it seems, its a small pool and whilst we was there it was fulled with children so we didn’t get to use it. The sun lounges we’re limited to around 6 lounges and was all being used by the parents of the children so we only got around 10 minutes relaxing on the lounges. Me and my mother regretted booking into this hotel, we felt it was a waste of our money however if we had more time I do feel it would of been worth the while - this was our fault. Not fault our the hotels it self, its a lovely place.

Swimming pool outside, fitness room, very good breakfast. Really good food, lots of choice. Close to the motorway, easy to reach. The beds and pillows were comfy. Clean. All in all a solid 8 out of 10. I still gave it a 9 because the staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. We ordered some drinks at the restaurant and the bartender let my daughters mix their own "cocktails*" behind the bar. Needless to say, they were delighted. Best juice they ever had they said. The staff just seem to love their jobs and go the extra mile for you. Just a mix of juices, but with ice cubes, a real shaker and a slice of lemon :)

We had a room that was connected to the neighboring room by a set of 2 doors right behind each other. Maybe handy for bigger families? But noise from the other room is louder, as well. Not a big issue, but still.

Nice clean Hotel. The location may be not be central but it‘s possible to reach Nuremberg and Furth city centres very fast by car.

No iron and ironing board in the rooms (not even on request). I have been told to use the ironing board in the fitness room, which is kinda weird. Ironing shirts while other people are working out and sweating next to you is not pleasant. A 4-Star Hotel like Mercure should do better. Pillows are too soft, feel almost empty. But we got extra pillows so it was OK.

Good location next to the highway and quite close to Fürth center. The sound insulation of the rooms is outstanding; even though the hotel is right next to the highway, there is no noise in the rooms whatsoever. Breakfast is good. There's a lot of street parking around the hotel, so no need to pay for hotel parking. Kids friendly. Rooms are quite spacious.

Beds are very comfortable, but the pillows are way too soft.

Good hotel with airco (is very important during hot summer days). Near both Furth and Nurnberg, easy to travel, as the hotel is next to the highway. No noise problems from the highway, though.

Breakfast is too expensive, we reccomend for other guests just go few hundred meters to Beck bakery, where you will get nice and way cheaper variants. Some of the personal near the registration desk were very friendly, some - without any smile... The swimming pool is just too small.

Overall stay was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast service was excellent, special thanks to Khaled, who was very friendly and kind. Every morning he was personally checking that we are enjoying and sometimes he gave the kids some paper and colors.

The room was on the ground floor which was not optimal, the window was looking directly to the parking garage which was somehow annoying and impacted the privacy.

Connectivity: Easy connection from Nuremberg Airport (Bus 33). Well connected to nearby U-Bahn and overground train stations (15 min by Bus 33 or 179). Nearest bus stops are just in 2min away. Rooms: Clean and sufficient. Breakfast buffet available. Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Easy check in and check out.

Rooms are less spacious with extra bed. But nothing to complain.

This is an excellent hotel. Parking available (14 euros). The rooms are fantastic. But I must give the best rewards to the stuff. They were amazing. There is a pool (1,3 m deep) excellent for the kids. The rooms clean and well equipped. I think the breakfast was a little expensive but kids were for free, so it was perfect.

They were friendly, the room and the bathroom are very clean which is really important for me and also for most people, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel,taxis are there if you want and not far from Rathaus and city centre. The hotel is in a beautiful clean and quiet area. Ì will definitely recommend it😁

No complaint

Perfectly located just off the Highway, but the traffic wasn’t even noticeable. Big parking Lot, 14€ a night, multiple entry/exit.

The coffee selection in the room was pretty bad, undrinkable even with creamer and sugar.
