We liked the location as close to motorway and close to family. We liked the pool on the hot days. Breakfast has a good choice and everything topped up constantly. The restaurant on site was convenient and we visited twice on an evening, food good, staff very friendly, service a bit slow - but then it was school holiday and very busy! Liked the fact, that for sustainability reasons, rooms get cleaned only on guest requests; but every 3rd day at the latest to keep up hygiene standards! Overall, the staff were super friendly !

We arrived a bit early and were fully aware that check in is at 3pm. Only went to reception to ask, if it was ok to leave car in car park, while we went out for a late lunch. Ladies at desk said it was fine, so were fully aware we would be back at check in time. Arriving back at the hotel at 3.30pm; there was confusion and panic, as there was no room ready for us and a frantic search for a room followed ( paid and booked well in advance by us !!) We accepted the apology (cleaning staff shortage!?) and a coffee on the house, but at that point were ready to move into a room, to freshen up and rest!

We only checked in to use the pool and shower facilities as we had a few hours to kill before needing to leave for the airport. Our original hotel we had to check out at 1pm. We booked via booking.com but when we arrived we asked the receptionist if we could get a day rate rather than a over night rate, in which the receptionist was not really helpful. It appeared as if he had no interest to look further into this and just told us no. With that being said not all staff were rude, the (Vietnamese) waiter in the restaurant was very friendly, kind and polite - the food (I had surf and turf) and service were great. We then retired our bedroom and got ready for the airport, we then checked out.

The pool on the booking.com pictures is not what it seems, its a small pool and whilst we was there it was fulled with children so we didn’t get to use it. The sun lounges we’re limited to around 6 lounges and was all being used by the parents of the children so we only got around 10 minutes relaxing on the lounges. Me and my mother regretted booking into this hotel, we felt it was a waste of our money however if we had more time I do feel it would of been worth the while - this was our fault. Not fault our the hotels it self, its a lovely place.

Swimming pool outside, fitness room, very good breakfast. Really good food, lots of choice. Close to the motorway, easy to reach. The beds and pillows were comfy. Clean. All in all a solid 8 out of 10. I still gave it a 9 because the staff is excellent. Friendly and helpful. We ordered some drinks at the restaurant and the bartender let my daughters mix their own "cocktails*" behind the bar. Needless to say, they were delighted. Best juice they ever had they said. The staff just seem to love their jobs and go the extra mile for you. Just a mix of juices, but with ice cubes, a real shaker and a slice of lemon :)

We had a room that was connected to the neighboring room by a set of 2 doors right behind each other. Maybe handy for bigger families? But noise from the other room is louder, as well. Not a big issue, but still.

We loved the pool and the room was decent.

The room was not clean properly, there were marks and hair in the toilet,stains on towels and super dusty under the beds. The area around the pool was not taken cared for. Also the 10:00-13:00 pool cleaning service on every Friday morning is unreasonable. People want to use the pool, they can do it at an hour no one actually needs it. Also the breakfast was very basic and with no fresh fruits at all.

We stayed at this hotel on our way from Slovenia to Netherlands. We arrived quite late at the evening and very fast went to room to get rest. Room was clean and nice, second bed prepared for our kids. Breakfast was good, all what is needed. There is an outside pool as well but we didn’t use it as we needed to drive to The Netherlands.

The hotel is quite old. But still it looks fine.

Good location next to the highway and quite close to Fürth center. The sound insulation of the rooms is outstanding; even though the hotel is right next to the highway, there is no noise in the rooms whatsoever. Breakfast is good. There's a lot of street parking around the hotel, so no need to pay for hotel parking. Kids friendly. Rooms are quite spacious.

Beds are very comfortable, but the pillows are way too soft.

Nice clean Hotel. The location may be not be central but it‘s possible to reach Nuremberg and Furth city centres very fast by car.

No iron and ironing board in the rooms (not even on request). I have been told to use the ironing board in the fitness room, which is kinda weird. Ironing shirts while other people are working out and sweating next to you is not pleasant. A 4-Star Hotel like Mercure should do better. Pillows are too soft, feel almost empty. But we got extra pillows so it was OK.

It's nice hotel and nice staff overall. We have enjoyed our stay with the family and was comfortable. You can park on the street if place available and for free. We like the outside playground area and the swimming pool a bonus.

The food is not great but acceptable. The orange juice a concentrate and the coffee is not good.

Great facilities, comfortable rooms and amenities in the hotel. Parking on site and a wonderful pool for the summer. Restaurant has sufficient variety of food as well.

Nothing! Everything was great :) Would go again! Perfect hotel for a stop on the road if you are driving across Europe.

Overall stay was pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast service was excellent, special thanks to Khaled, who was very friendly and kind. Every morning he was personally checking that we are enjoying and sometimes he gave the kids some paper and colors.

The room was on the ground floor which was not optimal, the window was looking directly to the parking garage which was somehow annoying and impacted the privacy.
