One of the best continental breakfasts I've had in Europe. Lots of variety, hot eggs, local specialties, espresso/latte machine. It was delicious! The coffee machine in the room was a great touch. Great pressure in the showerhead! Even the tap water tasted good.

Wifi was spotty, heat in the room was somewhat difficult to modulate (radiators) and no shampoo/conditioner provided. It was easy to hear my room neighbors, I don't think the noise insulation is very substantial. It's not a very touristy area but there is a local grocery store, pharmacy and some OK restaurants.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, calm, warm, clean and useful. A hotel I would prefer to stay in again. Thanks for everything.

First of all I'm not writing as a complaint, I'm writing to make it better. Since there are no employees after a certain hour, you have to check in by phone, but we did not understand some sections because they were in German. Additionally, those who are under age cannot check in using this technology. When you need something late at night there is no one at the hotel. Additionally the pillows are very thin like a paper.

We only met two people working for the hotel during our stay (we spent one night) and they were super friendly and attentive. The breakfast was very good with variety and quality products.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I noticed more specially after a long flight which I guess it didn’t help since I was looking forward to a good night rest.

Great location and the manager was lovely. So welcoming and very informative. She was great with my son too. We travelled for the euros to see Scotland play Germany and she told us all about travel links into Nuremberg. Fantastic service

It’s good for its money. Clean, good location, comfortable beds, no noise. Decent breakfast. Also there were free parking slots.

Perhaps more bathroom accessories/supplies.

Comfortable and clean. Good breakfast. Location is 15 minutes walk from metro station, and then 15 minutes on metro to city centre, which is fine.

Lack of 24-hour reception. A ‘Ring’ type video doorbell on the outside of the front entrance door to contact the owners would be better than just giving an out-of-hours contact telephone number to call. A room safe would have been useful as well.

The breakfast was good but we had to continuously request the staff to refill the empty trays with food once they were empty. Apart from that it was excellent especially the lady at reception who was fantastic.

10/10 hotel in a quiet location close to the motorway. Very modern and super clean, the room was spacious, the bed is super comfortable. The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast was amazing!

Home atmosphere, very kind approach of the receptionist. Quiet area, comfortable bed, clean room.

I would appreciate fresh fruit during breakfast, otherwise very good.
