The rooms were super nice, easy access without keys

Lots of noise on the inner yard. Seems like there was somekind of late family gathering every evening. Some times until two oclock during the night. Big minus, because you could here it inside.

Location was alright easy access to centre. Nice style of beds comfortable. Had an iron and ironing board. Nice coffee and facilities it was really nice. I like the whole internet connection thing very modern.

The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor when used. My only complaint was a noisy neighbour who I think was trying to kill themselves through smoking too many cigarettes or deafen themselves through playing music so loudly it came through two floors and I could feel the vibration. There could be a charger port outside the door in case your phone runs out of energy as you need to access the internet to open the door. The television channels didnt' work, but wasn't a big deal for me as I was there to work.

The location is easy to reach by metro and the city center is close. The property has all the facilities and modern furniture. The location is quiet and clean and has its own heating system which is a big plus.

The pillows are uncomfortable and the check in and door opening is exclusively don using an app which poses serious inconveniences such as running out of battery, roaming charges, power outages, etc. I would recommend a backup card/key in the room for such cases. The wifi uses captive portal which prevented us to use the smart tv features, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Very clean apartment and comfortable beds. Great location, easy access to the UBahn.

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen cupboards were sparsely filled. Tea towels would have been useful.

It's well located, close to metro stop to get everywhere you need to go. The apartment is a good size, was clean and tidy and well equipped.

The neighbourhood was a little noisy a night. You need to have a smartphone to open the doors, a spare set of keys/fob in the apartment would be useful.

Newly renovated apartment with all the amenities you would require. Conveniently located to metro and other public transport. Rooms are of decent size, and the kitchen has basic utensils, fridge, hob, etc.

As much as the apartment is newly renovated, it is located in a very noisy neighbourhood. We found the noise levels to be quite high, particularly from the neighbouring bar/cafe till about 2 AM. And this continued pretty much every night, not just on the weekends.

What breakfast ? The access using the door code was great.

Your advert stated that there a microwave but this was not the case. We were expecting the coffee milk etc to be replenished daily. This was not a big problem as we bought our own, l just think you should indicate it in your advert.

We could have used more coffee in the apartment. But, management did bring more upon request. AC would have been amazing...but they did have a fan.

Big rooms with comfortable beds and a big nice bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need. The apartments were renovated not long ago.

Unfortunately no elevator in the front building, so we had to leave the buggy outside for the night. Luckily we had a lock and could tie it to a bike stand

The apartment was warm, had big rooms and all facilities and it was near train station.

the entrance was really dark at night.
