The facilities at this hotel were very good. I was travelling for work and I needed to be alert during the day, they had a free coffee machine in the lobby that I found very helpful. The dining room and breakfast were exceptional and you could find a variety of portions for every day. The rooms were big, with a desk and two chairs and a good AC. They also had a business centre in the basement where you could use computers and printers for free. This was also very helpful as I needed to print documents and it saved me time and money.

During my stay at this hotel, the internet connection was really poor. I communicated this with the reception and they told me that the hotel was crowded and they could not do anything about it. I think for a hotel this big with lots of rooms on 5 floors, they need to do something about their internet infrastructure as my roommate and I were not able to use the internet for the whole 5 days that we were standing there.

We picked this hotel as a night stop for our journey, it was clean, comfortable and breakfast was good, it is close to two bakeries one opposite the hotel and a shop, so if you want an afternoon meal, you have this option, but if you want an evening meal, it’s best to eat before you get to the hotel, we were the only foreigners at the hotel which was not a problem also we easily got a parking space as we arrived at check- in time, but the parking was full when we went to bed. The beds were ok, did there purpose. The shower did not look much but was actually very good, we were surprised.

Very nice clean room very comfortable bed. Ac works great bath room clean and great shower breakfast was good I enjoyed it this isn’t my first stay but my 3rd that should tell you something shops near by and metro station just a stone’s throw away the staff were really nice thank you it’s everything I needed a hotel to be

Two little things really is like to see still water in the room it’s a bit of a shock when you gulp down sparkling and can read German at silly o’clock in the morning. Also having to pay for parking to stay at the hotel is a buzz kill but that doesn’t take the shine off for me

The hotel is just 200 m from the U-Bahn, and then it's only for stops to the city center. It's clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good. Maybe too many people during the breakfast.

I did not like two things: a) we got a room at the ground floor, therefore we could not open the curtains since it was in front of the parking. b) at 02.00 am some people came to an adjacent room making a lot of noise.

A large room for a hotel, with a balcony facing the inner courtyard (in our case), a large fridge for a hotel, quiet. We can say that it was exceptional, especially for transit, but I think it can be just as good for a longer stay. Parking in the inner courtyard of the hotel (7 euros/night), for us it was really ok. There is an underground station right next to the hotel (Eberhardshof station U1). Shopping center nearby.

Please more smiling on receptionist's (front desk officer) face for all costumers, it will be good first impression. And at the end of costumer's stay, it will be good to ask them if they enjoyed a stay in city and to get any feedback from them.

A very good location with easy access via underground to town centre. BW Hotels have certainly updated this hotel and it is clean, well presented and with secure on site parking at a reasonable cost. Most staff on reception were very helpful and the rooms are very well designed with extra touches eg fridge and complementary bottles of water. The breakfast was excellent in all respects with cheerful helpful staff . We appreciated the bar being staffed.

The pillows were too soft and ‘squishy’.

Breakfast was great with really long duration. Staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms met my expectations, everything needed was available. The heating was at a decent level (in December this is important!) and generally, it was absolutely fine.

The WiFi is a little slow, limited to 8192 kbps and up to 3 devices connected. Travelling with one more person having a phone and a laptop each means you can't connect all 4 devices at once.

The best part of this hotel is the location because there’s a station close by right at the corner. Other than that, it’s a basic no frills room that has everything you need. Star was the huge breakfast spread and they have enough seating available. Thankfully it’s clean and our stay was comfortable. Service is good

Wifi was unreliable

Comfortable rooms, although the carpets might like a bit more care while cleaning, the overall cleanliness was very good and I would definitely come back again if staying in Nurnberg. The hotel was around 45 min walking distance from the City Centre and there was public transport available as well. Good selection of food for breakfast.

Upon my arrival, the receptionist was quite rolling her eyes while being told I speak English over German, probably as it turned out her own English was quite poor. However the other staff members I talked to were very friendly and helpful.
