Very nice hotel, good sized rooms, good amenities, in the middle of the forest, good breakfast with lactose free milk and yogurt. That was a really pleasant thing to see. Plenty parking places, good wifi in the hotel, 15 min away from playmobil park. The couch was extended and made a bed for the child without asking for it and it was a great surprise.

The beer garden was not open every day. That is the restaurant next to the children's playground. It was a major inconvenience. There is a good local restaurant down the road 10 min away.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is expensive, but what you get in return is absolutely worth the price tag. Highly recommended! A spacious and well-equipped suite, beautiful location, friendly staff, great breakfast, spa area with sauna - what else do you need for a dream vacation? Only giving a lower-than-perfect score due to the restaurant on site that was a real disappointment.

If you arrive hungry (and especially with hungry kids), please learn from our mistakes and don't count on the restaurant on site - rather, search on Google and you will find plenty of places to eat within a 10-minute drive. The service is super slow. Our kinds were super hungry on the day of our arrival, and we waited about 50 minutes for two portions of chicken nuggets that arrived cold - as if the kitchen staff intentionally waited for them to come out late. You also cannot have dinner there without a reservation, even when the place is half empty. Of course, we were only informed of that during check in. Very disappointing, especially since we liked literally everything else about this excellent hotel.

Great location, very child friendly. Loved the spa bags in the room. Spa very nice, modern. Well equipped gym. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, even offered us to take some bottled water for our trip back. We likes the overall design of the hotel. Bar was very cozy and service was great. Food (quality of ingredients) at the bar could be improved. Fries were good, egg overcooked, the chicken was a convenience product. At that price point, should be fresh. We will be back!

I really liked the location of the hotel, the hotel itself is spacious and stylish, nice room, courteous stuff. Loved that my dog was warmly welcomed and there were bowls, a mat and treats already waiting for him in the room. It was also great that the hotel was on the edge of the forest and you could walk your dog there

Well equipped modern gym, with access to pool and sauna. Didn't partake in the latter two. Room (213) in the new section of complex and quite some way from reception, bar, restaurant etc. lift and stairs required. Quite quiet. Staff all very well mannered.

You need to book for the restaurant ahead only to learn a buffet would be on the week I stayed because "over 300 people were currently in house". Menu didn't look bad. Took the option to eat in the bar first night. Bar staff great, a little less attention wise in the restaurant. Looked busy. Choose not to partake in the buffet ( a little steep at Euro 35-) instead using the bar menu. Food fine. Choose to eat out last two nights. Much more options within a 15 minute drive. Free covered parking also provided. Euro 25- for breakfast seemed also a little over the top, so skipped it.

i was at the Nuremberg toy fair for work - the hotel located 20 min away . we have rent a car so it was easy in/out from the hotel . its our second year at this hotel . its located at the forest like a hidden Jem . we've send to the hotel lots of good prior to our arrival and they kept all for us with no charge 2 -3 minutes a way there is a coffee shop and super market called Norma so we could but food and drinks

room service - more western food need to be available

Rooms, staff, and breakfast were excellent. Parking was very good as well. We enjoyed our stay at this location.

The hotel is a bit of a drive (20 min or so) to Nuremberg. We had intended to visit the documents museum, but unfortunately it was closed on the day we were there. Normal closing day is Tuesday, but this was a Thursday.... not the hotel's fault obviously, but it was dissapointing.

The room was great, overlooking the forest and big. Junior Suite, which had all drinks included (minibar and coffee). Breakfast was lovely and the location in the forest is beautiful. Nice Fitness area, Sauna and Pool. The only thing that caused a bit of an issue ( I work remotely) was the very slow Wi-Fi.

The hotel is located right next to the forest, which makes it a great peaceful place to relax and have a walk. Travelling with kids we also very much enjoyed a Biergarten with a playground and decent food and its closeness to the Playmobil park. The beds were really comfortable and the room can be made properly dark in the night, which helps a good sleep. The breakfast was really nice too.

Swimming Pool - this was the highlight of our stay, kids love it. Location - somewhere near the forest and very true nature environment Breakfast - lot of options Room - expected for family size and the view from our room was great as it is overlooking on the river and Olympic stadium.
