Truth is that I got scared by the negative Comments on the check in process only to realise that this is one of the most seamless self checkin / self service system , which is also being used in other Apartments and hotels whereby you fill the necessary details for check in and when it’s the time , one is sent a link to validate their check in and in this Link (which you may then later decide to Save as a Homescreen) one can access the control of the Apartment different facilities including the Enterance, Room, Fitness etc. I followed this process and arrived at the Facility at around 15;45 pm and st exactly 16:00 I checked the Link again and I was already assigned my room and could already access every part of the facility on my smart phone, Also with this, I could open the enterance gate for my deliveries to be brought to my room. I asked for extension on the day of check out and the Staff responded promptly offering me until 11:30 free of charge and until 1:30 I was offered to pay 30 euros , and when it appeared I would be needing to extend additional hours the Staff demanded I paid for the entire night which was very fair to me, and then an extra 32 euros was deducted from my acct to balance the 30 euros already paid for late checkout, to sum up for 1 night ( very considerate) No Staff harassed me No Cleaner was rude to me I never was harassed by any strange folk loitering around as I have read from previous comments Location is peaceful, quiet and safe The Fitness Facility was adequately equipped and far better than I have seen in similar Establishments. This Facility is what the name is- Smart! Quick Response from the Staff! We wash was available on each floor. I am definitely returning to Ecosmart apartment

Place is in good shape, new and has all amenities. The place was nice and clean. It is very close to the town center (15 min walk) but yet very quiet. They have a garage so you can park it there. The place is fully automated, so there isn't classical reception, but you access everything on-line. Recommendation for short and long stays, and also for families with kids.

The garage entrance and inside the garage is narrow, so you need to be careful when entering/parking. Yet something normal for Germany. In the corridors they have ultra modern pictures that may be a bit too modern to my taste, but overall it is OK.

On first entry a realy stylish reception, I really enjoyed the key less check in experience i used the online version but allso a tablet is provided in the reception, The web page for door opening was fairly fast and responsive. Room was spotless bathroom well eqiped (shower gel shampoo and conditioner) 3 towels were provided just for one night stay. Bed was fairly comfortable, kitchenette well equipped

The parking process was very confusing nowhere on the hotel site is parking mentioned where or how to access it where or how to pay for it, this is definitely something that the hotel needs to clarify more!!! There was a number of fairly confused guests in the reception that didnt know how to access their room or parking, my room was next to the reception and i could hear them a lot. Some noise was heared from outside too.

This amazing small apartment is located only a 10 minute walk from the Old Town of the city. Very modern in design yet very cosy and warm, fully equipped with all the appliances one may need for a comfortable stay. An amazing kitchen and a very clean bathroom, a very comfy bed and sofa and a spectacular view to the streets below. i doubt we could have asked for anything better for our stay in Nurnberg. Tram and bus stops are less than 100 metres away going in all sorts of directions, taxi costs 20-30€ to and from the airport. Bakeries and restaurants around make sure one will always find something to eat in the day and in the night. Many supermarkets around, too. The facility also has a very well taken care of gym facility! We are definitely staying there again! Thank you very much !

If there is one (and only one) thing that gave us a little bit of trouble that was the key less access to all facilities and doors. The hotel sends an access email via you will open a browser page. Through this app you will be opening and unlocking all doors of the hotel that you have access to. This was a bit too difficult for us as we had problems with our roaming services (coming from another country) and frequent loss of antenna signal. Although the hotel has a very helpful emergency phone number, i just wish there was a human representative on the spot to just answer questions and help with whatever came up.

Nice little apartment, quite spacious. I think we got upgraded to a larger corner unit. Close to train station.

I know how important "luften" is, especially in Germany, but that doesn't mean windows can be kept open from cleaning time until check-in (10pm in our case). The apartment was so cold when we came in. Very odd for a place that has "eco" in its name. Door lock system works well if you have mobile data. One issue is that wifi signal is extremely weak in the corridors, so as soon as your phone switches to WiFi when you move in, the door unlocking app grinds to a halt.

The place is near the station, not next to it, but a kind of 5 min walk away in a silent and save residential area. The room was a little suite with fully fitted kitchen, kettle, balcony. The room had a quite large size. It was clean, calm, save. It was super digized - opening doors was with an app, so one could check in at any time and then arrive any time one liked. A very nice place, I spend there only one night but I could also well imagine to use it for longer stays in the city. Nice big self contained studio-flat. There was no staff around, but I did not miss anybody either. I liked the independance.

The apartment was well located, well appointed and even had a generous balcony. A very pleasant, comfortable stay.

Although check in went smoothly we felt that the online check in and "smart" key was impersonal, rigid and unwelcoming. There was no information on the area and no one to ask or assist with issues. Guests booking obviously need a smart phone (charged at all times!) and data, although there is WiFi once inside.It's a personal preference issue but we prefer a more personal touch. The bathroom had a bit of an odour, a bit like cig smoke and the fan was a bit loud, nothing serious but no one to inform about it.

Digital check in and communication with the staff is just perfect. We found the directions for the whole process very detailed. The stuff responded at the same time we asked any question. The room was clean and we found everything we needed for cooking. This is important for me because i have to cook for my little daughter .

The location is a little bit away form the city center. That was not a problem for us but should be known before renting.

We stayed at Superior Studio apartment with a balcony and it was amazing. The apartment is big enough, stylish, quiet and new. The balcony is big. The kitchen is fully equipped and this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also it has a gym and very comfortable co-working space. The location is great: very close to the train station and to the city centre. Thank you! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

There is a tablet with an open camera which is next to the bed. It's a bit strange and looks like it's possible to record you. If you choose this apartment I recommend you to seal the camera with something

Internet connection (Wifi info was not delivered before flight), instructions on how to access the building was delivered late, in case of no internet access to email on arrival. trash disposal facility didn't exists or if existed there was no instructions where to dispose trash. washing room instructions should be provided, Use instruction, Price (on the website).
