The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but crowded. Several eating options on property.

The image of the property on the site is where you check in. It also has several dining areas for different levels of value. This is the check in for several managed properties! After we checked in, we were escorted to our room (walking) over three blocks away, uphill in the rain. We were fortunate to be there on Sunday so we found a place to park on the same block once we moved our car. Parking here is restricted during the week. Our rooms were in an old farmhouse. It was clean but not the bed type we requested. Apparently all the properties managed by this group share the breakfast area. We had to wait and were seated at a table for two with a third seat added for our group of three.

The style, the location and the cleanliness. The staff are friendly and helpful without being intrusive. They also accommodated our lack of decent German language which we appreciated. The fact we could get both an evening meal and breakfast was great as we were only stopping the one night as we drove through Germany and so had little time to consider options. We have stayed once before on a similar trip and it has maintained the same high standards.

We stayed at Hotel und Gasthof Ritter St. Georg as it was close to the airport and we had an early flight the next morning, so glad we did because it was perfect for us as a family with 2 children under 5! The family room had bunk beds with a dividing door between two rooms which the kids loved. Room was clean, tidy and had brilliant window shutters which were so useful when putting kids to bed. Dinner was excellent and the restaurant garden has lots to keep kids entertained. I work for a company located between Frankfurt and Nuremberg and this is the first time we have travelled to Nuremberg, so we will be back!

The bedroom was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also big and well clean. Very good breakfast with a nice variety of food. We regret not having dinner there as there was a very beautiful garden restaurant with lots of people

The hotel is cosy,clean,has great restaurant,good food,some facilities for kids,staff very nice and friendly,family room with 4 beds not to big,but clean and ok.For short stay really recommend this place,as it is close to highway,has big free parking place,Lidl is in few minutes walk. Breakfast is usual german breakfast-bread,egs, cheese,marmelade,müsli. Nothing fancy,but option if You are leaving to road trip and don't want to search for place to eat in the morning. Thanks for nice stay.

I don't know if the hotel stuff can do something about it,but our navigation led us to wrong place,to some private yard,wich was even in different street . Local people showed us how to reach real hotel buildings. Hotel it self has few buildings,and in one way closed street, so it would be better to check navigation point.Now it is tricky. Not big problem,but anyway.

The place has lots of charm, the restaurant of the hotel has great dinner (local traditional food: "Fränkisch"). Room was spacious and bathroom clean + functional.

Our beds were comfortable. The evening meal and breakfast were great. The staff were very helpful, polite and warm. We wanted somewhere close to the motorway as we were just passing through and this hit the mark but it had the feel of somewhere more cosy and rural especially being located on the river.

Convenient for the motorway. Dinner in the garden was lovely. Access to walks along the river with our dog.

Hadn’t realised the car park was across the road. Long walk with heavy bags. Couldn’t find where to pay in the morning (in the breakfast room!)

Loved the decor and the buildings

Although the “ruggedness” of the room was charming, the poorly fitting wooden doors let all the noise in and also made a lot of noise

The hotel room was perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant food was perfect for us and our guests. The breakfast was also very good and plentiful. COVID restrictions were followed to a high standard by staff. The room was clean and tidy and cleaned daily. It's family run I understand which gives the feeling of genuine pleasure to have guests and gives the guests a direct link to owners, which is brilliant. The family meet for breakfast every morning in the breakfast room, which again is giving accessibility to guests.

It's purely personal, but I like guest rooms, especially in these COVID times, to have tea, coffee and chocolate drinks in bedrooms with a kettle. This then gives choices to guests to mix in the communal areas, or remain in their rooms for a relaxing hot drink. No other concerns regarding the hotel.
