The hotel was was exceptional. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food and drink available is sufficient to keep you topped up, the continental breakfast is free and adequate - no complaints at all. The room was comfortable, spacious, well equipped and impeccably clean. The wifi is free and works! The area, whilst only a ten minute walk from the town center/ train station, was quiet - which is just what I needed. And.... If you don't have your room cleaned you get a free drink at the bar!

The ONLY thing I didn't like was no kettle in the room. But, there is free unlimited coffee available from downstairs, so I didn't miss it - so this isn't really a negative!

We liked how nice all the staff were and very helpful and everything was so clean . The breakfast was also very good for the price . The room was very quiet.

We were very cold all night as we could not figure out how to turn of the air conditioning ! We did not want to have to go down at 2.00am to find out how to do it . ALL hotels should have very clear instructions regarding heating / air conditioning on the walls beside the switch. Some of these electronic devices are not easy to figure out if you have never seen them before. That was the only problem.

Great location, modern, goood value for money, relaxed atmosphere

Not a biggie, but having stayed a few nights I wish they had a wider selection of hot food in the morning - scrambled eggs every day. The carparking is in a secure garage but is expensive.

Extremely convenient location, especially if you are traveling from Nuremberg airport and do not have a car. In Germany, there is convenient public transport, every few minutes, even in the middle of the night. It takes 30 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. It is the same distance to Nuremberg, only Erlangen is a much quieter town with an impressive botanical garden. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The rooms are comfortably furnished, it is quiet and comfortable. The staff is very kind. We arrived at midnight, ordered a glass of hydrating beer each and enjoyed an aromatic German drink. The breakfast is also quite good.

- comfortable beds - clean in the rooms -as requested, we got rooms directly next to each other

- no mosquito net on the window, after opening it, a swarm of tiny flies flew into the room - a small number of staff at breakfast does not give advice to supplement the missing food or cutlery - no green tea at breakfast -upon arrival, the gentleman at the reception informed us that we can park behind the hotel or in the garage, he only forgot to say that the parking lot outside does not belong to the hotel and is paid separately, and the information about it is only in German (how was I supposed to understand it, since Mr. receptionist and I communicated in English?) -one set of towels missing in the room

Although the basic items in the breakfast remained ok; but the fresh fruits quality was not upto the mark..

breakfast should include more healthy items in the menu like Olives, some of the seeds like flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, beans sprouts along with fresh fruits. In future, try to include more of Fairtrade and Organic Products a few items to support sustainable farming and world.

Amazing location, within 5 min reachable from the highway. Our car was to tall to fit in their garage, but there is affordable public parking available right next to the hotel. The hotel is very big, modern, and clean. The breakfast was amazing and for dinner we took a stroll to the center (5min walk) which is filled with nice little restaurants. The room was very comfortable and clean, and the beds are comfortable.

We stated on the reservation that we are travelling with a baby, so we need a cot. Unfortunately there was only an extra bed when we arrived. After asking the reception about it, they seemed not too happy that they now have to look for cots (as cleaning service who usually does this was already gone). But after half an hour or so they brought us the cot, so all was good. Next time I will just make sure to check about it before we arrive.

Direct access by elevator to the parking garage is super. The staff behind the desk as well as the staff arranging breakfast are very very friendly. Breakfast itself I would say is sufficient and of good quality. Even though it's located right in front of the rail road, we didn't hear anything at all of it inside the hotel. Walking to numerours restaurants is about 10 minutes.

New looking, well maintained, clean and comfortable.

There was a misunderstanding with the access to the dining room, since we had breakfast included. One of us was almost denied from having breakfast even though it was barely after their designated time of closure of dining room and we expected them to work according to hours on weekends and holidays. We were not properly informed about actual working hours on that day.

The hotel is still very new and feels somewhat luxurious, there is also always free warm drinks available in the lobby throughout the day which was a nice surprise. All of the staff members were very sweet and professional.

It honestly could have been cleaned a bit better, the room itself was clean, but the shower could benefit from some more thorough cleaning (I found a hair in it and the bottom/the floor of the shower looked like it was only superficially cleaned prior to our stay.)
