The hotel was was exceptional. The staff are helpful and friendly. The food and drink available is sufficient to keep you topped up, the continental breakfast is free and adequate - no complaints at all. The room was comfortable, spacious, well equipped and impeccably clean. The wifi is free and works! The area, whilst only a ten minute walk from the town center/ train station, was quiet - which is just what I needed. And.... If you don't have your room cleaned you get a free drink at the bar!

The ONLY thing I didn't like was no kettle in the room. But, there is free unlimited coffee available from downstairs, so I didn't miss it - so this isn't really a negative!

This is an economical and very well presented hotel, handy for Erlangen's business district, and within easy reach of a railway station. There is much to recommend it, and I anticipate that we will use this hotel in future. It is bright, modern, and the rooms are reasonably spacious.

The proximity to a railway line that handles freight at night means that you may experience some loud and prolonged rumblings in the small hours of the morning. If this is something that's likely to disturb you, it might not be an ideal choice.

We liked how nice all the staff were and very helpful and everything was so clean . The breakfast was also very good for the price . The room was very quiet.

We were very cold all night as we could not figure out how to turn of the air conditioning ! We did not want to have to go down at 2.00am to find out how to do it . ALL hotels should have very clear instructions regarding heating / air conditioning on the walls beside the switch. Some of these electronic devices are not easy to figure out if you have never seen them before. That was the only problem.

Underground safe parking, excellent staff, our room was great! We stayed here multiple times. The rooms are great and air conditioned. Breakfast is excellent. Can't fault this hotel, perfect location for a 1 night stay driving through Germany. We also had a special request which was fulfilled so we are well chuffed. We will return.

Great location, modern, goood value for money, relaxed atmosphere

Not a biggie, but having stayed a few nights I wish they had a wider selection of hot food in the morning - scrambled eggs every day. The carparking is in a secure garage but is expensive.

Extremely convenient location, especially if you are traveling from Nuremberg airport and do not have a car. In Germany, there is convenient public transport, every few minutes, even in the middle of the night. It takes 30 minutes to get to the hotel from the airport. It is the same distance to Nuremberg, only Erlangen is a much quieter town with an impressive botanical garden. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The rooms are comfortably furnished, it is quiet and comfortable. The staff is very kind. We arrived at midnight, ordered a glass of hydrating beer each and enjoyed an aromatic German drink. The breakfast is also quite good.

Location of the hotel is excellent being close to the train station, town centre and shopping. Breakfast was self service with a good range of tea, coffee, cereals, etc. Hotel in modern with clean comfortable rooms.

As someone who doesn't speak German, I would have liked more English language channels on the TV.

- comfortable beds - clean in the rooms -as requested, we got rooms directly next to each other

- no mosquito net on the window, after opening it, a swarm of tiny flies flew into the room - a small number of staff at breakfast does not give advice to supplement the missing food or cutlery - no green tea at breakfast -upon arrival, the gentleman at the reception informed us that we can park behind the hotel or in the garage, he only forgot to say that the parking lot outside does not belong to the hotel and is paid separately, and the information about it is only in German (how was I supposed to understand it, since Mr. receptionist and I communicated in English?) -one set of towels missing in the room

Although the basic items in the breakfast remained ok; but the fresh fruits quality was not upto the mark..

breakfast should include more healthy items in the menu like Olives, some of the seeds like flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, beans sprouts along with fresh fruits. In future, try to include more of Fairtrade and Organic Products a few items to support sustainable farming and world.

Direct access by elevator to the parking garage is super. The staff behind the desk as well as the staff arranging breakfast are very very friendly. Breakfast itself I would say is sufficient and of good quality. Even though it's located right in front of the rail road, we didn't hear anything at all of it inside the hotel. Walking to numerours restaurants is about 10 minutes.
