Ww started our Europe trip in May end fom this hotel.. Everything right from the smiling kind people who on knowing we came to visit our son, a student of FAU, staying at a student apartment, allowed him to stay with us and have breakfast at the hotel when he was not included in the guest list. That's a huge kind guesture for any hotel to make! The hotel is aesthetically done, everything, the good variety of breakfast, the bus stops are near, train station is near, the departmental store is near. I will always book only this place in my next stay in Eralngen. Thank you for your great hospitality! Love from 🇮🇳

Not a single thing

The hotel is really great, the room was clean and layout like in the photos. The parking space was right in front of the building, so that was convenient. The breakfast was excellent, lots of varieties, salty and sweet... great! It is a bit far from the city centre, about 25min walk but it was ok for us., plus there's a bus connection that goesright into the centre.

The only negative small issue was that the entrance to the parking lot of the hotel has no sign whatsoever. We missed it the first time so had to drive around to find it. A sign of some sort would solve the issue.

Quiet place Pet friendly WiFi and Chromecast

Private on-site parking is advertised, but the 15€/night fee was only mentioned at arrival. I chose not to pay and parked elsewhere as it was the weekend. The receptionist first added the amount to the terminal payment. I almost accepted it. Luckily, she recognized it and adjusted it in time. At checkout, her colleague wanted to charge it again, so I had to explain. It would be nice to put at least a kettle in the room to make your own tea or coffee. A kitchenette would have been an upgrade, but we did not need that.

Great bed. Everything in the room and the hotel in general feels brand new. Very clean and if you wish to skip a day of cleaning, you get a free drink at the reception. Good location, only 1 train station away from the center, right next to two supermarkets. Quiet in the evening. The area is rather industrial with Siemens across the street and did not feel unsafe. Great access to the S-Bahn.

Just a minor complaint: there was no fridge that we could use to store a couple of things we bought from the local super market. Similarly, there were no glasses or cutlery, but this is easy to solve by bringing along your own :-)

The staff and the atmosphere were extremely pleasant. You get a coupon for a free drink if you didn't use room cleaning, which we didn't, and the coupons were perfect for our morning coffee. The room was pristine, the location is good in the sense that you have bus stops very near (10 minute bus drive to the center).

The only thing we didn't like was that there wasn't toothpaste in the bathroom. But that is something that we can look past (lucky we brought our own, just in case). Everything else was phenomenal, we have zero qualms otherwise

Very modern an attractive. Easy to reach when traveling from motorway. Very nice interior and clean.

We were shocked when we arrived at around 7pm that the hotel was run by just one receptionist. She was very polite and competent but she had to manage rooms, beds, check in and out, parking requests, food and cocktails … However she did a great job and the rooms were extremely comfortable. Be aware that the good prize is also due to nothing in rooms (cups, kettle …) but those can be rented

I booked just a couple hours before a late night arrival.Very clean, good size room with contemporary design. I had my kids with me and they left some toys for them to play, it was greatly appreciated.Loved the bathroom wall decoration. Breakfast was fine,staf was really helpfull. Safe, locked/limited acces underground parking is available. Very close to A3. Great price quality. They also managed to have a staff memeber who speaks my mother tounge at arrival.

I like your idea “Free drink instead of cleaning services”! Seriously, who needs new towels and sheets every day? Thank you for your efforts in building the mindset of conscious consumption. Also- very nice design of washroom walls - I learned so much about Erlangen! Lastly - I was pleased that you publish e-mails of employees to your guests in the hotel. Last time I stayed it was letter of junior specialist wishing a nice time in hotel and asking about suggestions for improvement. It is very cute! Such things make the place special, cozy and warm. Thank you!

One suggestion for breakfast: please, put the information near the meat cuts, what type of meat is it (pork, turkey, chicken, beef..) I could not guess and had to skip it completely..

Nice spacious design rooms with good beds to stay the night traveling through. For an additional 15 euro parking cost, the parking in the cool garage near the elevator was quite convenient and very practical. Checkin until 23:30 and checkout until 12:00 at the desk made it quite flexible to stay overnight and have a bite at the city center of Erlangen. The city center is a 25-min walk, in case you have time for a restaurants after a day of driving. Supermarket is around the corner. In case you don't feel like that, the hotel itself has also a nice and spacious design bar.

The airco stopped working after about 15 minutes, which made our room a bit 'hot and sweaty' - the window can be opened if you don't bother the passing traffic. Hallway had some smell of cleaning products, the room itself was fine. Keep in mind there is an additional 15 euro cost for parking your car, so the overnight cost you pay at booking is not yet your total cost for an overnight stay.

Functional business hotel. Decent room with firm mattress, firm pillows, clean and function rooms. Room temperature was okayish but windows can be opened. Bathroom was great with good pressure in the shower. Excellent breakfast with a nice variety of hot and cold dishes.

Breakfast a little pricey. But there is a cafe next door if you want to go cheap.
