I loved the customer service at the front desk! Michelle and her partner. There customer service is the best customer service I have ever experienced in walterboro. To me there's a lot of people at Walterboro that walk around like they have sticks up their butts ! They make you feel comfortable, they make you laugh, most of all they smile!

I didn't like there was no breakfast. I would love to walk by the front desk and wave to them in the morning but with a cup of coffee and have me a good bagel here to start off my off day. I only get eight days off a month. If you guys had breakfast. I would love to see Michelle and her kindness early in the morning start my day off with a smile.

NO Pet Fee! Beds were comfortable (very comgortable). The doggos felt comfortable and relaxed easily. The front desk was exceptional. She realized I was a single female on my own and placed me near the office for extra security and safety and on the first floor which was an additional plus. My little doggo didn't do stairs. It was a nice night before the second leg of my long trip to FL. Definitely will stay again if needed.

I did feel like I was being a bit inconsiderate due to awaking the front desk when I left at 600 am. No 24 hr desk. Especially just to turn in my key.

very friendly staff, clean room and very affordable. very close to plenty of food and gas stations.

The only problem we had was the room had a slightly strange odor. not like stale cigarettes but something else. definitely wasn’t that big of a deal though.

This property is pet friendly. The neighborhood is sketchy and we felt safer in our room. Room was clean and basic toiletries are included.

We stayed on room 112 it's was very nice and clean the front desk people was extremely kind and taghtful we had a very restful night very much pleased I'm glad I stayed there

Bed and everything in the room was great. Did not really see much more than that, needed a place to sleep till the next morning. I do not think breakfast was included.

the staff was very nice and welcoming! I even called to ask for a down stairs room because of having my son and it wasn’t a issue. the rooms were very clean and well worth the money

The rooms were very neat and clean the manager she was amazing the housekeeping staff was phenomenal and the front desk lady was awesome they treated me just like I was family my stay was beautiful couldn't have asked for anything better!!!

was a great price.. we stayed on our way home to Tennessee from Florida to get some rest.

smelled “dingy”.. definitely needed some updates and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
