Extremely clean and organized. Comfortable. Easy location. Good breakfast. Great customer service.

Minor details, that would improve the place, like hooks in the bedroom and shared bathroom, and a small shelf in the shower. And an extra pillow would be nice.

Provided a breakfast tray the evening before which I took to my room. I wanted to leave at 0600. Very close to re joining the Via Francigena.

Unavoidable noisy traffic. I should have asked if there was a single room at the back of the hotel available.

the cleaning lady woke me up at 8 in the morning and sked me when was I going to leave I said that I'm still sleeping and she said that she NEED to clean my room and I need to leave I told her that I will leave in hour. I was sleepy and it was very confusing and strange.

It's a good place to have a short sleepover before going to the mountains. Humble Italian breakfast and polite hosts. Accepted even after our late arrival

I found it very comfy and definetely value for money in Pont Saint Martin. I had a room with shared bathroom, which I didn't mind and it was clearly stated in the room description prior to my booking. I was very satisfied! I even got breakfast in the morning :)

No refrigerator for storing leftover food that I was carrying with me on the hike.

Although on main road the traffic noise was neglible. Good for the Via Francigena, but it is almost 2ks further on from the centre. Conad supermarket close by. Carla, la Senora, is very helpful and the breakfast is decent.

The location was not too far from city center. Carla was a very efficient host. She spoke Italian and my Italian is rudimentary but we managed to understand each other. She recommended a great local restaurant that we frequented twice! She also pointed out other points of interest. The open bar was great!

Breakfast was pretty basic. I would suggest adding fruit, cereal and hard boiled eggs.
