Staff, location and cleanliness were spot on. Easy to get to and very helpful. Good sized rooms and facilities.

Breakfast was ok - nothing spectacular. Would have been nice to have more bread types and products rather than all the cakes at breakfast. Bed was quite stiff. Pillow(s) kept rolling up and did not support head and neck well. Pretty much my only criticism. Otherwise the hotel was a great find and value. Staff in the restaurant had to be found to provide dinner and lunch service. They were not always visible when we sat down. Food was very good. Receptionist was very polite and helpful.

The welcome from Rana was exceptional and made me feel so happy to be there and so well looked after and welcomed. The rooms were perfect clean and for me it wasn't small it was my ideal size of hotel room and nice and cozy. Gym and pool are lovely too. The breakfast was perfect and was very well looked after by Mohammad and cooked the best ever omelette by Hanoud. I will come back next time I'm in Yanbu!

Facilities are very nice. The hotel is clean and everything works fine. Plenty of parking space, and good recreational space. Staff is very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Wesan and Junanah. This is now my favorite hotel in Yanbu area.

I think there are too many equipment inside the Gym. Some of them in need of maintenance.

Rooms don’t have room spray available separately. There were also internet issues in some rooms. If you need reliable high-speed internet during your stay, I recommend purchasing a SIM card and data plan upon arrival. I had a bad experience with the hotel’s internet—it was extremely slow. I couldn’t make video calls properly, watch movies or reels, or load websites efficiently using the hotel’s provided Wi-Fi.

I love the food of its restaurant especially its grilled salmon. The staff are hospitable, assistive, and accommodating. Its location is accessible to beaches, restaurants, and malls.

Its cleanliness is very good ... but may i still suggest to be more attentive in every corner. There's a leakage under the toilet's sink which needs to fix. Thank you.

Big room, comfortable bed .powerful shower, provided with complimentary tea coffee and even fruits., eating plate and cutlery, freezer and drinking water .hotel having swimming pool, table tennis, kid play room, gym and conference room. Coffee house in the lobby and breakfast area. Plenty of parking space.

Nothing. Almost perfect. Beautiful city and people. Only traffic summon easily get caught with 80km/h speed limit in the city.

Nice responses from the staff specially the reception staff and also the room daily cleanness is perfect.

Tidy and clean and then receptionist Jumana (if i remember her name right), she was exceptionally good nice and friendly. Very helpful and respectful.

I wish all of their staff is same but that one fat saudi guy with glasses on reception was a typical and rude. Can’t remember his name even.

The hotel offers english breakfast. Though the items were less, i liked the breakfast stuff: eggs, butter, croissant, cereal for kids etc..

The staff was super efficient. Really quick check in and friendly. Good Parking.Polite staff.Very neat rooms.

Location is not that good. No restaurants or grocery stores nearby. The breakfast was not upto standards expected in Ibis other branches. Very limited options. A live omlete option was available but no cook available when I went. Room service menu was limited and also took a lot of time to deliver. No tooth brush and tooth paste available in the washroom. No proper English channels available on the TV.
