The staff was very friendly and kind! The food at the buffet every morning was freshly cooked. The apartment was very nice, spacious and new! The isolation was perfect, as the first couple of days there was a lot of noise coming from the square and when the windows were closed one could hear very little of it! There were also roller blinds, which was a very nice surprise for us. The interior design of the hotel was very beautiful! The location was very good, it is near everything and they also have parking on the side which wasn't expensive at all.

The cleaning. At first it was very clean but during our stay, the room wasn't cleaned very well, if at all. The floor was left dirty and even though we put the sign "please clean the room" almost everyday it wasn't cleaned at all, except once. Also there is no elevator, or at least not one we could see and use. And after a day of hiking the last thing you want to do is climb the stairs to the second floor. The bed wasn't very comfortable, it felt like a spring mattress, when you lay down you just fall into it.

Room was large, very clean and comfortable. Nice big balcony, which we didn't expect to have (was not stated in room description), so that was a very nice surprise! We didn't use the kitchen, but was nice to have a fridge. Breakfast was good, quite small buffet, but good quality!

The beds weren't uncomfortable, but could have been better. They were a bit worn, I think. Also, it would have been great to have a shelf in the shower to put your toiletries, now we had to put everything on the floor. Also, there were some very loud guests in the room above us (shouting, loud hardstyle music, moving furniture, etc.), but reception was closed so I didn't know who to contact about this. Luckily, they went to bed at midnight, so it sorted itself out.

We arrived late and left early so didn’t meet any staff. Communication was excellent, keys waiting in a key safe when we arrived and check out all sort by emails. Great view across the square from our room and lovely ice cream restaurant downstairs.

There was no fridge in the room. I’m sure the staff would have advised us had we asked. There was a communal beer fridge (honesty system) that we put some drinks in overnight so all good.

Modern well equipped rooms. Excellent bathroom. Key cards that don’t require reprogramming every few hours. Nice “honour system” fridge full of beer and bottled water in the hallway. Good breakfast.

No tea / coffee facilities in the room. Could use more power outlets - had to unplug TV to use my laptop.

We liked the location in the middle of Prüm and the style of the hotel: feels like a very old, classic building but with all modern amenities. The room was very spacious and we enjoyed some good time in the spa.

We were a bit disappointed by the quality of the breakfast: there is a big choice, but we found it not very tasty. I think they go for cheap products, whereas I would appreciate less choice and quality products, especially in a countryside region. Also the woman serving breakfast was the only staff in the hotel that was not very friendly.

Staff very friendly, breakfast outstanding, parking behind hotel, hotel is in the town centre. I have stayed here numerous times and will stay here again - upgraded room was a bonus

Reception closes at 6pm and it looks like there aren't any staff on duty overnight - a lot of hotels do this now but I'm not keen on it

The hotel is in an excellent location facing a beautiful church. Just outside the hotel is an Ice Cream cafe serving amazing Ice Cream, there is a bar next door where we had a great meal. There is also a superb Imbiss across the road serving great value food. Secure car park around the back with a secure but small garage for several motorcycles Superb breakfast and delicious coffee

Nothing really

A great location in the plaza of the town. Nice appartment/room and a great shower and comfortable 6ft bed. Breakfast was good but my coffee on the table was luke warm. The machine coffee was very good.

No decaffeinated coffee which some people like and need for health reasons. But it is rarely available in Germany/Austria or France.

Location and the very helpful staff, it has a securish car park and they didnt charge us to park our motorcycles there. It has a lock up garage that you can pre book. It has a restaurant / bar next door as well as an ice cream cafe. Stunning view of beautiful but overly noisy church
