Very friendly and helpful personnel, tasty dinner at the restaurant, availability of swimming pool and wellness, nature and good air quality outside of the hotel, clean and spacious room (feels very new), close to Monschau and Luxemburg, play area outside the hotel for kids (no fence, so supervision required).

View out of room window was practically a wall (it is actually a steep hill). I wished there was a little more variety in the breakfast offerings.

Room was lovely . Very warm during the night no air conditioning. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and service good.

We stayed here for the F1 weekend. I emailed the hotel prior to our stay regarding transfers to circuit. The hotel emailed back but was not very informative and did not explain there was no public transport to get to main town to access free shuttle bus ( Malmedy). On arrival at hotel although we received taxi numbers , hotel reception was not helpful in information about other services . Hotel was some distance from circuit and with no public transport and limited taxi services caused some stress at the time . We were lucky to get a taxi who accommodated us for the whole weekend from Bulligen to Malmedy ( although very expensive). Hotel was situated too far away and in future would look for somewhere nearer Malmedy where free shuttle service available straight to circuit.

Very body and always smiley

Two things I didn't like. The first being no a/c in the room, and the second was the check up before handing the room did not check that the hand soap was empty and the safe was not working. But to be fair the staff were great that they fixed it

Lovely hotel, very spacious room with balcony, bed comfortable. Food was exceptional. The staff are so lovely. In the countryside so you need transport to access. Definitely recommend this hotel and we will be returning

Nothing to dislike about this hotel

The owners and staff were amazing. I turned up with my filthy bike and absolutely soaking wet. They were extremely kind and understanding and helped me to dry my clothes and store my bike ready for the next day.

It was all great. The restaurant food was delicious too.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and has easy access to the race track at Spa. The food was excellent, We enjoyed both dinner & breakfast. The rooms were clean and quiet.

The only let down was the bed. The pillows were way too soft and the mattress was uncomfortable. All 4 of us said the same thing the next day. However if we visit Spa again we would stay at this hotel.

The spa and swimming pool where really good, very modern and well looked after. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Restaurant needs to stay open longer in peak season, they told us it closes at 8.00pm.

Lovely rural location with lots of parking. Swimming pool. Large room. Good dinner and breakfast. Principally German speaking.

Breakfast was good and the location excellent. All the staff were fabulous and helpful.

Stayed here for the Belgian Grand Prix. Great location 30 minutes from track and on the "right side" as much less traffic than travelling from the north. Excellent dinner on both nights with my seven-year old well catered for too.

The pillows were not good so take your own.
