The location is very good. Very close to Monschau (by car). The room was very good, with 2 excellent massage chairs and a sauna. Bed and pillows were good, although a little too soft for my taste. The night door access was very convenient. Breakfast was reasonable.

The rooms need some renovation (especially curtains and bathroom), but they were still very much acceptable. On the other hand, in the bathroom the hotel provided only soap (dispenser). Not a little vanity kit, body cream, shower cap... This was quite disappointing. During breakfast the bread ended and it took a long time to refill. There was also not much fruit, only apples and oranges. Not the hotel's fault, but for a latin couple like us, who usually have dinner at 20h, it was almost impossible to find a place to have dinner, kitchens close at 19h, which is ridiculous during holidays in summer.

Facilities were great and everything in the hotel was thought with the customer in mind. (from elevator for guests with disabilities, to game room and outdoor space. Staff was extremely helpful and efficient, great focus on guests. The sauna room was exceptional

A very clean and smart hotel located in a very quiet residential village. Very competent and friendly staff, all of whom spoke English. On arrival we were given a complimentary voucher for a cocktail from the bar and on checking out we were given a small cardboard insect house. The price included breakfast and a buffet evening meal option was available at 22 euros per day. Nice outside eating area.

Only one plug socket in the whole room, and not next to the bed. Our room was very small and it only had a wardrobe but no drawers space; we therefore had no option but to lay our clothes in our suitcases on the floor.

Lovely area, nice facilities, cool room options with massage chairs & sauna.

A little isolated if relying on public transport and the Eifelbus needs to be booked a week in advance.

Everything was perfect! The room had a coffee machine!!! So perfect! The food was very good, staff very friendly and the wellness amazing!

Even though there is no AC, the room was equipped with a fan that worked very well. The breakfast was nice.
