We arrived on the national holiday so the town was closed to through traffic, which meant parking a few hundred meters away. The town was buzzing with live music and special events which was a great start to the holiday. The hotel was busy yet it served a special menu with local specialties nicely cooked and presented. Our room was a very large triple room with two distinct bed spaces which was a nice surprise as it was like having two rooms. The bed was large and comfortable with good facilities in the room. Due to the festival there was some noise at night although the music finished quite early. Breakfast was plentiful and included in the price paid. The staff were all friendly with a reasonable command of English to help us where necessary. The town centre is very close by, offering a range of places to eat and shop. It's in a very attractive location and definitely worth another visit. A good value for money hotel which is well run.

Air conditioning would have helped, as it was a very hot night and some noise disturbed us after the festival with the windows open.

What a great hotel in the middle of Malmedy. Vincent, Mathieu and the rest of the team were all so lovely and helpful. They catered to our every request and we could not have been happier. They made our stay here truly magical. If you are staying here for the Belgian GP, the hotel has a shuttle service that is absolutely perfect for going to and from the Grand Prix. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant is amazing, and the room had everything we needed. We will definitely be back, thank you!

I stayed in a suite that was not in the main hotel. It had a lovely patio. It was private and very quiet. It was so cozy I had trouble leaving the room for the races at Spa that I had come for.

I bring coffee with me when I travel because I can not start the day without it. The room should have a coffee maker so you don't have to go to the main hotel for a fix. The hostess fixed that for me right away so no complaints.

Our host Vincent catered to our every need. The transfer shuttles to and from the circuit were amazing and seemless. The daily breakfast was great too..!

Didn't know how to access the hotel,it was closed when I arrived, and not instruction was emailed to me,I had to wait in the heavy rain for 2 hours before I managed to access the hotel,sk that wasn't good.

We stayed there as we have tickets for Spa-F1 Grand Prix. The staff of L’Espirit Sain was incredible, they were always available to help and solve the guests requests. The hotel it’s very nice, the breakfast is very good and the restaurant too. Thanks Vincent and staff! We had an incredible experience .

The staff was very friendly and super helpful. The room was nice and clean.

The wifi was free but did not work that well. I would have liked a kettle in the room to make tea.

Good location right in centre as unfortunately my wife was in the hospital across the road but very helpfull owner and made it easy for flexibility.
