We had a perfect stay: -Located in the midle of a nice and calm nature but still easily accessible by car with available free parking, location was 20-30 min away from Spa city and Watervallen Coo, so we could travel to both placea easily and quickly. -Lovely and welcoming host lady, -Spotlessly clean, almost new and comfortable room, the bed was soft for us, -Delicious and sufficiently variable breakfast.

The host was exceptionally friendly and the B&B was perfect. Breakfast was beautifully prepared, and the location was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I would highly recommend it!

It would have been helpful if the host spoke English, but communicating in French was not a problem. Her son spoke English, which made communication easy.

Very nice owners and very very nice breakfast. The place is quiet and comfortable and very close to the track which for us was a plus as we went there for a track day. Parking spot within the property.

Wonderful friendly welcome; very helpful host; lovely breakfast selection and great quality. Handy location for the race circuit, and only a few minutes' walk to the restaurants etc in Spa. Off-street parking.

Hosts are very nice people, they've ensured a nice and quiet stay. The room was tidy, very clean and confy. The breakfast was very good, fresh juice, fresh coffee, and loads of food.

Beautiful quiet location with fabulous hosts. Very close to Spa with hidden off street parking available. Breakfast was so tasty and varied, lots of options. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with all amenities
