The hotel is closely located (+/- 10 min) near Monschau, a very touristic center, but the neighbourhood of the hotel itself is quiet. We slept at the roadside, but thanks to the thick 3 layer glass we didn't hear anything! There is a big parking lot next to the hotel. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, had all necessary towels. The breakfast was copious and varied and more than enough for the two of us. The personel was very, very friendly and helpful! We cannot stress the importance of that enough and they exceeded our expectations. We were given the Schnabuleum restaurant in Monschau by the hotel owner as a tip. This restaurant was a real treat. Every dish we got was like a painting. We really can recommand this place as well!

Amazing small and cozy hotel, everything is brand new and looks great, very friendly staff and excellent breakfast! Hard to find such value for money!

- Bed pillows were not clean - The hotel is situated on a noisy road and there were some teenagers in the town that ride around with scooters all night long! was very hard to get a good sleep with all that noise.

Beautiful new rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff who spoke good English. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was too cold, the rest of the rooms had a good temperature. It would be good to receive check-in instructions also in English. No free coffee or tea included in the price. It would have been a nice addition. Also some soap at the sink in bathroom.

New and nicely decorated. Spacious, clean, quiet. Everything we needed. Great breakfast in a lovely dining space. Nice leisure room for the evening with drinks available with a trust based system.

Although we booked a hotel room there is no room cleaning, bed making etc. once the towels were wet you couldn’t dry quickly as the radiator did not come on although we did ask.

Nice big rooms and in a perfect location special if you like (in our case) in the winter walking and bicycling in the forest. The air is very clean.

Dogs in the restaurant. That is clear no go for me. It is unhygienic. There are not so many restaurant in the environment. Like Thai, Indian, etc.

The hotel was modern, quiet and clean! We slept very well and the staff was very friendly.

We were there at New Year´s Eve and couldn´t have dinner there because the restaurant was closed. We couldn´t even have a drink at the bar. It would have been nice if that were a possibility. Also, I would suggest putting a fauteuil in the room, in addition to the regular chair. A coffee or tea maker in the room would also have been nice, since the coffee machine in the lobby wasn´t working.

Wonderful hotel in a quaint quiet village, c Close to church, shop, bakery and tourist information. Breakfast was super. We always use an online booking site and was very lucky to get a great deal on the family room so we had a sofa as well as chairs so it was like stopping in a suite.

The apartment is located in a quite and beautiful village. Very clean amd spacious apartment. All the amenities are very modern. Parking right in front of the apartment. There is also a garden at back. Overall a very good stay.

Only thing missing was a clock.

Breakfast was great! The hotel is newly renovated so everything was new, comfortable and luxury finishes. We had a studio apartment which as very spacious. Good parking facilities with a big grass area to walk your dog and relax.

Most likely due to the renovations and the rooms being very new, there was no cutlery or crockery available in the family suites. We arrived on a Tuesday and were not aware that on this day no restaurants in this small town are open - only the minimarket close to hotel was open.

Immediately along the bicycle trail and very nice venue . Great secure bicycle storage . Reception was exceptionally friendly , helpful and accommodating. Convenient lift to room . Room and bathroom were both good sized and very clean . Probably the best lighting that we have encountered in a hotel room in a long time . On-site restaurant has great ambiance , great views from inside and on a nice patio and multiple food choices with a reasonable price point . Also close to several nice restaurants within a short walking distance . Breakfast was also copious and good .

Our room was currently overlooking a building site - they appear to be adding on but no construction noise or disturbance.
