Good location. It’s close to the Haller Ruïne (which offers a great view of the town) and Burg Monschau, as well as the old town of Monschau. It’s important to be able to walk up and down hill to enjoy these sights and to reach te hotel. There’s a couple of parking spaces at the hotel, which you can make a reservations for. We had a nice stay. Rooms were clean, with a little fridge and comfortable beds. It was real quiet at night, which is a huge plus for me as I have trouble sleeping with sounds.

after arival we found we had to park away from hotel , collect cloths fom car walk to hotel each night. they had parking but you have to reserve before arival . we had bikes on back of car so felt awkward leaving them away from hotel . second day we found we could park bikes at hotel remember to ask .. in the town centre you could not just order drinks and sit you had to order food as well ..at night we went to a couple of bars but could not sit outside unless you bought food .

Lovely clean hotel room with a wonderful view. Parking was very handy too as some roads are particularly steep. Very good value for money considering the location and we would definitely stay again in the future!

Relatively small breakfast selection however I feel the price does reflect this. Some breakfast is still better than no breakfast though.

The morning of arrival I called to reserve a parking spot, it’s €10,- a day. This spot was free on arrival and right in front of the door, which was very ideal. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a view of the castle up the hill. Breakfast was basic but good, for everyone something to eat- fruit, yogurt, bread and cereal. The location was great 400m down hill you walk right into the town centre.

Nice hotel 2 minutes from the Christmas market in Monschau. The room was small but cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there. The room was extremely warm but not a problem for us!

The breakfast was quite poor. Also it is a bit inconvinient that there is no one in the reception until 2:00pm when the check in opens. This means that you cannot leave your luggage if you arrive earlier or you cannot ask for information until 2:00pm.

Top location, very friendly staff, clean and modern little hotel room! Great for a couple of nights in Monschau. Nice parking facilities. Very reasonably priced. Easy check in and out.

The walls are quite thin, you can hear other guests talk (especially low voices), snore and walk around. Although that is something minor as most people bring earplugs anyway. The toilet might be a little uncomfortable placed very close to the wall.

Great location, the bed was comfortable, the price was excellent when I booked. The breakfast (extra $) was fine - a typical German continental breakfast.

No staff present in the morning for check out, and I needed to store my bags for a few hours until my bus. So Ii just found a corner to put them in and left a note saying I would collect them later.

Location was excellent. Staff were courteous. Convenient parking right in the heart of the city.

The flush unit was not sturdy. A few times, the unit came into my hand on pressing the flush button. A bit noisy when people enter and walk in the neighboring rooms. Given that it’s an old building, this is somewhat acceptable.

If you are traveling by car, an extra parking fee is requested. It can be a bit cold in the winter months, don't forget to turn up the heat on the heater. The lady at the reception doesn't speak English, but she easily helped by calling someone who did. The location is great. A clean hotel
