Super cosy breakfast! It all feels very hand-picked and the coffee and tea bar is open throughout the day. We got a great room with a lot of space, nice view and a very comfortable bed. It felt like having our own little cottage in this super cosy village without any disturbances and the checkin/checkout was very convenient! We loved it!

We arrived during some warm days in July, and a fan would have been the cherry on top, but we managed OK with windows, the village is very quite so ventilation at night is A OK.

We had a really comfortable stay at Juuls. Its location is excellent for a nature & hiking trip to Nationalpark Eifel. Easily accessible by car. We arrived late in the evening and therefore did a self check-in which was easy and quick. The owner was kind and helpful throughout the stay. It was a nice touch to be able to prepare a lunch pack at breakfast, and it came super helpful during our hike. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The wi-fi can be improved; it was unstable and disconnected often throughout our stay.

We had a whole day of hiking the Eifelsteig from Monschau to here. The hotel is located close to the route. When we arrived, quite tired, there was a rich selection of teas and coffee, including cake waiting for us. There is a nice place to sit. The room was modern and clean. Great bed and mattress. There are some restaurants close by. Breakfast was super and you could create your lunchbag for free, which is handy because there is no supermarket or bakery close by. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Can highly recommend.

The host was really nice and had a real chill vibe! Dominic is a really kind man who is doing everything for his guests. For example; offering us towels to dry the motorcycle. The accommodation itself is as clean as my mom would have cleaned her house. Breakfast is really tasty and good. Everyday there's also something else as a sidedish. Because of the remote area and no supermarket or petrol station in an range of 10km the host has some wine, beer, soda and some snacks available. You can take whatever you want and you can pay afterwards on checkout if you just tell him what you take. Dominic really trust his guests, which I really liked about him. For the bikers: you cannot store your bike shedded but Dominic will make sure you get a room close to your bikey :) (if this is possible of course) The location of the accommodation is great but also very remote. In the town itself are like 2 or 3 restaurants. Take always cash with you to those restaurants because you cant pay via your bank. A few kilometers away there's a restaurant called biker ranch which is dirt cheap, huge amounts of food and very very very delicious. You can pay with your bank here as well. Maybe the area is too remote lmao

The breakfast is very extensive. You can also make your own lunch for take away, which is very convenient. There is free coffee, tea and hot chocolate during the day. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is even a cleaning area for dirty hiking boots. The location is perfect. The tourist information is in front of the hotel. Many hiking/cycling close by.

The church clock wakes you up at 7 o'clock.

* The location is great. So much to see around. * The host was very nice. * Free parking. * Option to pack lunch for free. Also great coffee machine. * The check-in was super easy.

* Personal preference, but the bed was way too soft. Also pillows were much too big and soft. The beds could also be a bit longer. * Probably because we visited off season, but the breakfast wasn't as good as expected. Still good, but kinda plain. * Our room was very close to the road so we didn't feel safe leaving the windows fully open - it got a bit hot.

Perfect ideal hotel. We are quite critical people, but this hotel exceeded our expectations. Nice spacious, clean and silent room, lovely bed, delicious breakfast, nice cozy communal area where you can sit and enjoy in the afternoon or evening. In addition to these positive points, you also have the free lunch package, which you can put together yourself in the morning. The owner is so friendly. Thank you for everything.

We were here from 15th till 16th of march. Really liked the place that it’s located. The staff was super friendly, breakfast had a very good variety! Everything was clean and tidy. Note: the church right across from the property rings its bells at 7 in the morning, just a heads up for others. We didn’t realise it on for hand but wasn’t a problem.

A lovely small hotel located in a beautiful location near the lake. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was excellent and the room with an outside patio area was absolutely fine for our stay. A great shower and bathroom with underfloor heating. We were going to the Christmas market in Monschau, which we can highly recommend.

Great facilities, super host, and very attentive care. A true gem of a hotel in the region for those that want to explore the surrounding hiking areas. Great breakfast, and the option to take extras for a packed lunch is a lovely touch.
