The location is great obviously and we got to spend a nice evening enjoying the view, which is really amazing. Shower was great and the bed was very comfortable and the size of the room very spacious. Neat and clean, safe hotel.

Unfortunately it was not written in the room description that it's on the groundfloor, directly on a passway of a hiking path, so if you want to enjoy the view of the lake (which we paid extra for) - you end up very exposed to anyone passing on the way. The pictures of the room make it look like we were reserving a room on the second floor. It was a bummer and we ended up spending the evening outside the room near the hotel to enjoy the view. The breakfast and variety in it was not worth the price - we came an hour before the end of service but there was only little food left. The kitchen staff was very nice though. We lived in the "basement" floor where SPA and other facilities are located, but they were closed and the floor felt a bit spooky. No free parking for guests.

Very well positioned, excellent departure point for excursions (by bike, foot, boat and tourist little train) and with restaurant. Beautiful lake view.

Pillows: German-style (too fluffy so bad for your neck) Not clear how to pay the parking, which doesn’t belong to the hotel. Breakfast: a bit too expensive for its quality.

Love this hotel on the side of a lake. Rooms are nice and large with great bathrooms. Restaurant has nice food and helpfull staff. Next to hotel is quay for boattrips on the lake. Always worthwhile. Plenty of parking space. Hotel also has a spa room. Its location is greeat for visiting the Eifel area, monschau and bad munster eifel are both fairly close.

The hotel is new or recently renovated. Nice interior design in the general areas. The room was great with a well sized bathroom and a great view of the lake.

I assume the hotel is, like in many other industries, suffering from understaffing. The Monday night we stayed there, there was no staff at all in the hotel. The key could be picked up from a safe outside. So no bar, no restaurant. I understand the problem, but it was unfortunate. The following day the hotel was staffed again, with friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms are incredibly spacious and sparkling clean. The staff is super helpful and smiling. Great food at the restaurant and very good breakfast. The location at the lake is splendid, though we would have enjoyed it more if we had come at summer time.

This Hotel is in a great location with a cozy room and a delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly, but the reception isn't always available, which was inconvenient. While the overall experience was pleasant, the price felt a bit high for the service provided.

They didn’t tell us that the restaurant is closed on Sunday. It was difficult to get some food though.

Amazing location with view on the lake. The area is great for hiking. The hotel's restaurant is classy and has great food. We were also lucky: apparently, the yearly migration of a huge flock of cranes regularly stops for the night on the shores of the lake. What a beautiful and rare sight! They can make a lot of noise, but the windows perfectly blocked it all out when they were closed.

They didn't do massages because of COVID measures. Perfectly understandable of course, but it would have been nice to know on beforehand.

The location of the hotel is priceless, breakfast was nice and dinner in the restaurants was 'ok'.

Price / Quality ration and the staff was a bit 'stuff'.

The view was fantastic. We had the suite room with view to the lake. Big room, confortable beds.

On monday the hotel restaurant was close but we ate a very good pizza at 8 km away.
