The beds are the most comfortable beds I ever tried! We were visiting for the belgian F1 grand prix, so we ended up being just for 4h in the room each day. I wish we can visit again in a future occasion so we can fully enjoy and relax there (the balcony with a terrace directly to the garden looked amazing to spend summer evenings with a bottle of wine :D). Also thank you for making the whole arrival and departure process so easy, as we arrived past midnight every day.

We had almost no time to enjoy in the room.

I loved the contactless check in and check out options that allowed us to be more flexible when arriving and leaving! The location was amazing with a trail starting right behind the house and a dark night sky with almost full view of the starry night sky.

The check-out time is a bit too early, this forced us to get up early on vacation and rush to be out of the house. Which led to me forgetting clothes in the closet, I was notified by the property and the clothes were later sent to me so that was very thoughtful and nice of them. I just think check-out time should be extended to 12h at least. But otherwise everything was good!

The property consists of a series of apartments. These are self catering units and although not most recently built they are comfortable, well equipped and extremely spacious. The sauna complex was brand-new and there was an adequate gymnasium.

The place was a bit dark with windows going out to the adjacent house wall. The furnishings are practical but impersonal, so the place feels a bit sterile. No tea or coffee available

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was polite, friendly and really helpful, and we had a very good time. We really recommend this place!

The grocery store was a little bit too far and it was a bit expensive for what it was.

Large room with clean and comfortable beds. The room had a kitchen and fridge. Location was great. The check out time was 10am, but staff allowed us extra time to check out.

No place for breakfast nearby, so folks without a car will have issue finding breakfast nearby.

Close to the Eifel National Park, perfect for trekking and also close to other beautiful cities around the parc

There was a strange smell in the kitchen. Seems like it was coming from the kitchen fan vent. Had to keep the window open or the fan on. Smell was there since we arrived and remained the whole time. Maybe the vent is connected to thw bathroom vent? Don't know honestly but really was a small and annoying detail. The room was clean, the view amazing, everything else a was ok, just this stupid smell ruined the experience a bit.

Good place to stay, whenever you traveling with family or with friends. In the neighborhood, within 10 - 20 km from the resort, there is plenty of hiking/biking paths with different levels of difficulties. You will need a car to move around.

Very clean, spacy, comfortable and uncomplicated. Our room had a little terrace. We really liked the sauna that was also opened late at night, we enjoyed it after a long day. Staff is very friendly.

Everything was great.

We stayed 1 night. Location and the view was nice. Also there are everything you need in the house except shampoo and douche jel. But everything is super nice.

only negative thing is the room was super cold.
