Super nice and friendly host. Ideally located for exploring Reinhardstein, Hautes Fagnes, and more - walking distance for the lake that's great for swimming and family fun. Spacious room (we stayed at the suite with balcony) equipped with 2 small kitchens. Ideal for travelling with family. We really enjoyed the green area next to the hotel - our kids enjoyed just running around. Good breakfast that you could also take away for a picnic. I would definitely choose this hotel next time we stay in that area.

The owner was really nice. He speaks only French, but is a confident Google Translate user. We were able to check-in early. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Smart TV in the room, so we could Netflix after we were done with biking&hiking

Located in the heart of National Park, parking for free, kind staff, large apartment, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, really close to the lake and Belgium highest hill, awesome breakfast...

A little bit outdated...

We were by bike and were allowed to take it with us in the room, which is really confi. The beds are great as well as the balcony with its view. The next morning we got a good and big breakfast that lasted for a new day of biking. The service is really nice, thumps up!!!

Room was quite basic, but all that you need for a short break in a lovely area.

Breakfast was good. You could ask for what you needed. There was cheese, ham, croissant, jam, butter, bread and so on. It could have been good if he propose turkey or chicken beside the ham or instead of it.

Nice, comfortable room in a small apartment-style hotel. The owner Bernard was helpful in making restaurant reservations as only 1 place was open in Robertville when we visited (it is only a small village). Continental breakfast was fresh. Can also recommend the restaurant 'Chez Phil'.

Great location, near the lake and the barrage. Very spacious apartment, had everything you need. Quiet and lovely view. We even could obeserve a family of deer one of the nights. Spacious parking. Value for money
