The hotel itself was very nice with good decor. Its location in the town was perfect with a short walk to the centre .

The room did not have enough space for clothing lacking wardrobes. When booking an evening meal, it was at the sister hotel at the other side of the town, which was a decent walk. It's not good if the weather is bad.

Very Spacious room. The view from the room was spectacular. 10mins walk from Niederbronn station. 5mins walk to the Christmas market ,the Casino and Chalet / Le patissier des thermes. Very good breakfast. They have bacon and Champagne for brekky which I really love.

It's a little past its glory years, but that is also part of its charm. Small niggle, there where no wall outlets next to the beds.

Parking lot is just at the front of hotel entrance. Room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast needs a new and more French like premium concept.

It was not the first time we stayed at the hotel. So that speaks for itself. The lady at the reception this morning extremely helpful and patient. Lovely spoken english

Breakfast room was a bit crowded. Eggs and bacon not hot enough.

Spacious and well equipped room, liked the design and the overall 1930's feel of the building. A lot of original features appear have been kept and integrated with a more modern design. Not sure when it was last renovated but it needs a little bit of TLC to keep it looking as good as it deserves.

The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing for a four-star hotel, especially the coffee (seemed to be powdered). The hotel has a grand looking set of steps which lead up to the front door, unfortunately no slope in sight to wheel suitcases up. Two sets of doors open outwards so again not super convenient if carrying luggage. That said, none of these points were a big deal and they certainly did not spoil the stay.

Very gracious welcome. All staff were very pleasant. Nice location, quiet, good sized room, everything clean. There was a kettle in the room! Breakfast was good and value for money.

The decoration could do with being refreshed. The car park is pretty insecure but Niederbronn does not look like a hive of criminal activity.

We had booked DeLux with balcony on 1/8 - 21 and on 12/9 - 21. On 11/8 we got a room with a French balcony on the grounds that there must not be dogs in the DeLux room. However we paid the same price for the changed room!!! When we came again on 12/9 - 21 we got to share the booked room (DeLux with balcony) even though we still had oure 2 dogs with us. We wonder about the difference the to times we have stayed at the hotel.?? If there is a principel that there most not be dogs in a certain type of room we are understanding, but want to know in advance any restrictions, so we ourselves can choose. We will be traveling again next year with our 2 dogs, and would like to stay at your hotel. We would like to know if it is possible to book and stay in a DeLux room with our 2 dogs ?????

Convenient location and good value for money with wonderful staff.

The property is quite dated including carpets and bathrooms.
