Situated in a lovely town, hotel was clean and comfortable, the evening meal was excellent and the breakfast was good.

Being woken up at 6.45 by someone playing the piano. Not loud, but loud enough. But maybe it came from a neighbouring house, we weren't sure.

Staff super helpful, nothing too much trouble. Dinner in the restaurant was top-notch. The Wellness area was charming and varied, we thoroughly enjoyed unwinding there.

the spa and facilities were excellent. restaurant was good. the breakfast was very good the staff were very attentive and continually kept the food plates topped up. it was so easy to walk into town.

the room was good but no air conditioning , we were unable to open the windows because of the road noise so the room was very warm.

Spacious comfortable room. Clean and quiet. Modern bathroom. Great shower.

Synthetic pillows. ( I realise though that hotels do this to avoid allergies)

Overall a pleasant hotel and place to stay. The Breakfast excellent!

Not enough parking! The throw pillows on the beds were inadequate for a comfortable sleep! Invest in some proper pillows.

The swimming pool and spa facilities were very nice though a little crowded.

The wellness suite is extensive, with pool and sauna etc all very modern and well appointed, the staff working there were lovely. The hotel restaurant was also very good food-wise.

Rooms very small, no in-room fridge, reception closes at 9pm, though they advertise as English speaking not everyone on reception could speak English. We found some personal clothing items left in our room from a previous quest, which has to lead to questioning the cleaning standards. No glass(es) provided in the room other than plastic cups sealed in more plastic. There was an alcove that really could have done with a small reading lamp allowing the room to be 'split' into two zones if someone wanted to have a sleep while someone else sat up and read - that would make a lot nicer use of the space.
