This hotel was perfect!! We chose this hotel for a lot of reasons, but mostly because of the included spa. It did not disappoint! The sauna, steam room, and relaxation rooms were exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and I'm grateful they spoke perfect English. They were accommodating in getting us special requests. Also, the spa and rooms were extremely clean! I had taken a gamble because I saw that there had been some negative reviews, but from what I can tell, all the negative reviews are from years past. The property must have been remodeled since the negative reviews. All I know is that when we went this past weekend, everything met and exceeded our expectations.

This hotel is perfectly located as it offers some tranquility away from the busy city of Strasbourg, yet has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, speaking fluent English with my mother and willing for me to practise my French with them. The spa was superb, as was the terrace and the quality of the food served in the restaurant. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was located in a very quiet area, which was perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful service. The staff were always available to answer my questions and made sure that my stay was as pleasant as possible. The room rate included access to the wellness area with hammam and sauna. It was wonderful to enjoy the spa after a long day in the city. The spa was clean, well equipped and never crowded, so I was able to truly relax. The room itself was very comfortable with everything I needed. I particularly liked the cozy bed, where I slept excellently. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to my next stay there.

I had a nice and quiet Junior Suite on the 2nd floor towards the big parking behind the building. I'd recommend to ask for a room on that side, since there are a few cars on the road even during the night. Nice selection for dinner - and for special wishes you just have to talk to the staff, the chef de cuisine is flexible. :-) Same is true for the breakfast, although there everything is on the various parts of the buffet and you can just help yourself to what you like.

For me it's ok if local payments (whatever hasn't been paid through booking already) have to be settled upon arrival. It's ok if they book a deposit - which btw was returned on the day after departure without any problems. What I didn't like is that they closed the account and food and drinks in the restaurant and bar had to be paid separately each time. Might be worth asking at the reception if they can keep the account open - next time.

16.50 for the breakfast was definintely not worth it. Even for a European hotel, that was a very small, sad selection of everything. The fruit was the worst and that is saying someting about the rest. spa was nice but the pool was not warm at all and the music was far too loud for it to be a relaxing enviroment.

We liked the ease of parking (not always easy in France) extremely friendly and helpful staff and even the cheapest room had A/C and all modern conveniences. Spotless spa area as was the whole hotel and a very good restaurant at normal prices. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Europe hotel.

We enjoyed 2-day stay very much. The second day we had almost all SPA to ourselves as there were no other guests. The dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

The room was a bit small and there was no place in the room to dry the towels from SPA.

The staff were friendly and attentive, space was enough for our family’s stay. A few more amenities in the bathroom would have made it more of a 4* experience as it only had a tiny bar of hand soap and a 3-in-1 shampoo, bath and hand gel. The restaurant was cozy and food had a ‘home-cooked’ taste. The spa was a lovely relaxing experience, with a steam room, sauna and a wellness pool (only for people over 16 years old). Great location if you’re in the area for the Christmas market in Haguenau & Strasbourg. Ample free parking around the property.

No bathroom amenities. No coffee/tea / kettle in room. No adaptor plugs available. Too soft pillows (only two were given for each bed). Having to ask for a spa bag (consisting of a towel & slippers) and having to pay 10€ for a bathrobe then having to bring it down to the reception after. Massages had to requested 4hrs prior to booking as therapist was not based in-house. Breakfast was simple and not worth the extra price. Lack of hot dishes, no eggs cooked to order. Sausages and scrambled eggs served in a shaving dish which was cold and not replenished.

Great location out of Strasbourg, wonderful food & drinks. Warm & helpful reception staff. Plenty of free parking.

Restaurant staff seemed a bit ruffled when busy - perhaps a calmer demeanour would help them & customers.

The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of car park spaces.

The swimming pool is for 18+, so kids were not able to enjoy a splash, I missed that part when I booked.
