Love the gym, courtyard and outside space with fireplaces, Boston Pizza inside. Stylish space and rooms. Great location close to waterfront, under the bridge, Canatara Beach, restaurants and pubs, Golf and Casino. Great staff, easy peasy check in and check out. Deluxe rooms will be my go to next time. Lots of parking front and rear. Bike-friendly area. Cheers!

There were visible signs of dirty floors in the bathroom and no bathroom fan so it got humid with hot showers. I noticed little unfinished things... touch-ups, drywall chipped, mud around light fixtures, grout/caulking on tile etc but understandable with new construction. My guess is all will be sorted and finished soon. ✅️

The breakfast option was a good choice; the food was enjoyable, and the extensive variety allowed everyone to start the day well. The rooms were functional, with comfortable bedding, basic amenities, a large TV screen, and fast WiFi. The pool was enjoyable place for our grand kids. They could spend there the whole day.

There isn't much to complain about, but the escalator in the tall building needs some door repairs. The suggestion to press and hold the door open button is not always convenient when people are loading or unloading luggage.

The staff were very engaged and helpful from the moment of checking in. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the Sarnia downtown and 402 highway. Lots of free parking (rare for hotels in some cities). My room looked brand new and had all the things you look for when you are travelling for business (safe for belongings, microwave, little fridge, coffee maker, etc.). I would stay her again in a heartbeat. :)

It's quite a large hotel, so some of the rooms are a fair distance to the lobby, restaurant, pool, etc. If I was staying again, I would make a specific request to have a room closer to the main lobby.

The beds were very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. Rooms came equipped with a microwave which was a bonus since we had kids. The pool facilities were great, and the hotel itself was very spacious and family friendly.

Tbh, the pillows were really the only downside here, they were too soft. Would've been nice to have a firmer pillow but it wasn't enough to detract from our overall experience.

I was given a room next to elevator which was very loud Elevator did not work which OUT OF ORDER Meant walk to other elevator (further away) Room was clean and fine but Key cards did not work well at all . Over 6-7 times each time to work Ice Maker did not work OUT OF ORDER Lacked the value for comparable properties on the exact same street and they include breakfast

Perfectly positioned for a stay before crossing into USA.

On arrival, was given a breakfast voucher for one guest. When I queried that, as there were two guests, I was told the booking had been made for two guests and one breakfast. I have since gone through the motions of making another booking with this hotel (not completed) and could not replicate this. Easy enough to pay for another breakfast but it cannot be right.

The staff was incredibly friendly, very accommodating. The place was extremely clean.

The beds are very uncomfortable. Our backs hurt so bad after staying a couple nights unfortunately won’t be able to go back there because the beds are too soft. We really like the property, but cannot sleep in their beds.

The property was extremely clean. Loved our dinner at Boston pizza located in the hotel. Nice pool and gym. Check and check out was smooth and nice staff. So close to the border too! Will definitely be back!

Reserved room that included breakfast, yet when checking in, booking.com no longer had it listed in their records as including breakfast. Management would not honor it after calling booking.com. I only reserve at places with breakfast included.

That’s a funny question! Breakfast wasn’t offered! When I booked I thought we would have breakfast before our event but found out at check in that it wasn’t available. This was our biggest complaint. Thank you. Barbara
