I had a wonderful stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton over the weekend. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the cleanliness. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Clean and accessible swimming pool with a city view was fantastic. Ordered Pizza for Lunch as DineIn and it was one of the best. The hotel's location was also ideal, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gurgaon for leisure. Ours was a short staycation so it was worth it.

I did encounter a minor issue with the hair dryer not working. Despite this, the overall experience was fantastic, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Baani Square, Gurgaon, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, Deepak at the front desk warmly greeted us and efficiently handled the check-in process. His hospitality was truly remarkable, and we were thrilled when he generously upgraded our room on a complimentary basis, adding a special touch to our stay. The bellboy, whose name unfortunately escapes me, demonstrated immense humility and courtesy while escorting us to our room, ensuring a smooth transition into our accommodation. Special mention must go to Deepika/Dipali from housekeeping, who not only checked in to make sure we were comfortable with the amenities and services but also surprised us with a delightful pastry, further enhancing our experience. A particularly commendable moment came on the night of the 28th when I suffered a minor injury. I was thoroughly impressed with the speed and professionalism of the hotel's emergency team. Within minutes, a nurse arrived and provided first aid and dressing to my right foot's thumb, exemplifying the outstanding level of care and responsiveness of the staff. At checkout, Kuldeep from housekeeping was instrumental in assisting us with our luggage, making the process effortless and stress-free. Finally, Divya, the Duty Manager, extended her generosity and professionalism by efficiently handling our check-out formalities and graciously encouraging us to return—a sentiment we wholeheartedly agree with. This hotel, with its remarkable staff and superb service, will undoubtedly be our top choice for future visits to Gurgaon. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Staff is welcoming and is ready to help all the time. We really love breakfast spread and quality of food. One of the reasons we choose this Hotel each time is quality of food and ambience of the restaurants. We love to invite our friends for breakfast and spend good time with them. Location works well for us . We find this hotel provides good value for money. Hotel lifts are small and keys don't work often . With our regular stays here , we have got use to, however, may be an irritant for first timers

Job - simply very well Done...Keep It Up Lots of Appreciation for Suresh Bohra , Nitesh Singh, Chef Negi , Arnab, Lakshmikant , Morino for continuous help at Breakfast times and visits to Restaurants and Cafe Shop area, they made our stay very memorable. Excellent staff. Check in and check out were smooth. Very cordial staff. Special mention for Ritika, who went out of her way to ensure an excellent check-in and check-out. Even when there was wait time, my family had good place to rest in the lobby. Ritika ensured we all were served water in this extremely hot weather. The buffet spread was good and staff was helpful. The chef could also customise certain breakfast items for my 6 year old. All in all a memorable family stay.

The wait time for the car to arrive from parking is slightly on the longer side. Did not serve snacks for kids near the pool and the bar on rooftop does not allow kids. So no place for kids to snack after swimming.

The dining staff were excellent even under stressful conditions. Especially Mita who was so helpful. The housekeepers Gaurav and Rupesh were also excellent. They went out of their way when we needed anything. Also Poonam at the elevators was so pleasant and helpful.

On checking in the staff member didn't make us feel very welcome. The scrutiny and questioning of our passports was similar to airport security. We understand the need for this information but not the way it was handled. Also, on the Sunday morning breakfast was a shambles. It was very busy but no contingency in place to cope. It was every person for themselves. The staff did very well under the circumstances.

From the moment we first entered the hotel, we felt incredibly welcomed. Our entire stay was perfect, thanks to the exceptionally friendly staff. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were beautifully appointed, providing a perfect blend of luxury and coziness. The food was nothing short of amazing, with a diverse menu that catered to all our tastes. Without a doubt, we will be staying at this hotel on our next visit because it genuinely makes us feel welcome.

First thing this is my second visit to india specially Holtondouble tree Hotel in gurgun like everything stating frome the front disk everybody is kind and helpful, also the front disk manager all of them are kind and helpful even on the small things they offer to assist you any way the can specially Mr.divanshu and miss Divya are magnificent people they are my Hero , the also helped me to find good places to visit in gurgun, I appreciate there assistant, Thank you everybody in gurgun hotel ,

The staff especially Sakshi, Kumpi, Laxmikant, Santosh, Sameer, Manish and Prateek were all very reception and welcoming. Each need of ours was immediately taken care of with a smile. I have stayed here 2 times before also and would continue staying there every time I travel to Gurugram. To honor my repetitive stay, they made me cut a small pastry in the restaurant which was very warm and pleasing.

We had a bad experience in staying some unknown hotel. So we decided to stick to a well-known international chain just paying a little extra. Hilton never disappoints us. The facility was amazing and it was located beside a small shopping square where you can get some amenities, food and drinks too. The room is very spacious and clean. We didn't hear any vehicle and honking noises which was amazing for your sleep. There were quite a lot of options for breakfast as well.
