The hotel is perfectly situated close to the beach and with a large parking lot. We experienced an issue upon check-in, the shower cabin was broken and the janitor was not able to fix it. Despite a very crowded hotel, Marina at the reception managed to upgrade us to another room and also gave us complimentary lunch, dinner and champagne. We really appreciate the service minded attitude that Marina had. The spa is well equipped and the sauna rituals are well worth the visit.

Some members of the staff clearly need to learn what service means. The raspberry juice was out in the machine for breakfast and instead of refilling it one attendee only said that we should take the apple juice instead. Another member of the staff angrily questioned if we do not read signs when pressing the elevator button, which happened to be at an elevator intended for staff. Kindness and hospitality from hotel staff should not be underestimated.

good location, great staff, electric car charging stations with reasonable prices, good (not the best) breakfast, great views from the hotel, good spa and swimming pools - compact and has everything you need, great atrium inside the building

not the best breakfast, restaurant a bit pricy and not everything is great there, but there is good food, air conditioning on a sunny side of the hotel was acting weird - do not know how is it in the summer when it is warmer - hopefully they sort it out by now, parking is not free even for hotel guests

We love the spa and sauna facilities! the water temp hot and cold was all on point. Loved the outdoor hot tub and sauna too. The fact that the usage is unlimited is also a great deal! The hotel team was very generous in surprising us with a bottle of champagne and fruits for our anniversary and it really made my wife happy! Thank you very much!

At peak hours the spa was packed with people. Would have appreciated it if there was a 18+ only section for a more relaxed atmosphere. Some kids were jumping in the pool very aggressively, ignoring rules (yes, not the fault of the hotel)

- Well-maintained and well-planned hotel near the sea, public transport and several restaurants and cafes - The sauna and swimming area is pleasant with inside and outside areas and can keep both adults and children activated for days - Pleasant spa centre with a multitude of treatments, friendly staff and good consultation - Great eye to details, for example that I was congratulated on my birthday and bathrobes for kids

I cannot complain about anything. The only detail that I reacted on was that the bathroom light button is located behind the bathroom door.

The room is old fashion as well the bathroom and toilet but clean and comfy enough. Worth the money because the sauna and spa was amazing and have lot of option. Near the hotel is beautifull sandy beach with toilet and small cafe.

We are travel as a family of 3 and stay for 2 nights but the towel in the room is not enough. The hand towel is only one for 2 days. The sink in our room is block and slow.

The location is great, next to the beach, there's a lot of trees around, so lovely to take walks. The spa facilities were good - several saunas and also the possibility to have a morning swim in the pool. Breakfast buffet food was also rich a good. The staff spoke several languages and was polite and warm.

1)The AC. On the first night we thought it's not working. But on the second day we pushed some random buttons and it started working, so would appreciate some instructions. 2)Would have thought that for such a hotel you would have a kettle in the the room, but no. 3) the WiFi was bad in the rooms on several floors

This is our second visit to this hotel in after ten years. Personel is nice and everyone is greeting you. We upgraded room on site with extra fee and were given spacious room on 11th floow with large windows and a great view. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and separate toilet. At evening we took the Buffet dinner and it had good selection. Breakfast was rich and to my great surprise it had more fish options than meat. SPA area is quite crowdy, has a pool, children space, bar area and lots of great saunas. Sauna experiences are on top in this hotel and one good reason to visit it!

Staff in the reception was very helpful - we had an issue with window opening (there are no option to open the window on the higher floors), but it was quickly resolved - withing minutes we were given another room on a lower floor where we could open the window and enjoy some fresh air. While the place is a bit dated, it’s clean and comfortable enough!

One of our guest rooms was too small for the furniture. Our bill included a number of charges from different guests (5? Extra receipts totaling €150 approx). I don’t think it was intentional and the error was remedied without problem, but something to be aware of. There was no designated area for guests to dine in the pool area. All tables were occupied by towels/ clothing of guests swimming etc(NOT eating or drinking).

The food at the restaurant and breakfast was superb! The staff was helpful and friendly. The sauna master Nikita was very nice and did his job super well. Very nice to have our own fridge.

The staff could have more info on paid parking outside of the parking lot, at the street. Plenty of well worded information on the parking of the (over capacity) premises but no words on the street parking situation. The spaa was very nice, but super slippery. There were signs out but by the end of the day even when being extremely careful, it was a hazard. The spaa could have been open for a little longer as well.
