We had a good stay at this hotel, thanks to its excellent location. We stayed in the newly renovated Deluxe Junior Suite, which was spacious and offered a lovely view of the castle. The parking area in the inner courtyard was convenient. The spa was modern, peaceful, and the service was efficient and friendly. The hotel restaurant was a highlight — beautifully decorated and serving delicious food. Overall, a pleasant experience!

However, the only downside was the extra charge for our child. Despite booking the room for two adults and a 4-year-old, we were charged an additional 40 % of the total price just to have the sofa bed opened. The hotel explained that children can sleep in the same bed with adults for free — which we found quite unreasonable, considering we clearly booked for three people. We’ve travelled extensively, and this is the first time we’ve encountered such a policy. We contacted Booking.com afterwards, and they also found this unacceptable. The hotel offered a 15 % discount for a future stay, which we felt was insufficient. The case is still under investigation.

Probably the best hotel in Narva. Located close to the rail station. Looks modern and neat. The staff was very kind - many thanks to them.

When I booked a room, I didn't realize you needed to book the room specifically with access to the SPA. It was a real surprise for me not to be able to access the SPA for free even though I had a room there. This differs from my usual experience with the SPA hotels, and this is considering the not-that-small price for the room. I didn't like this fact and decided not to pay additional money for ~2 hours or so of SPA. With all that said, still I really appreciated the attentive staff of the hotel. They are really nice people.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and spoke Estonian as well. The room was spacious. It was easy to park in front or back of the hotel. Good location. There was decent breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The "double bed" was actually two single beds pushed together, so we could not sleep together, really. TV remote was broken. Although the staff was kind to provide new batteries, they lasted for about an hour. The TV picture was blurry. Noise from other rooms is coming loudly through the walls. The coffee machine in the restaurant needs adjustments - hot chocolate doesn't fit in the biggest cups provided.

Hotel is located in the center of the city which is very nice. Having a spa is good for a relaxing stay. Either you can buy a ticket to the common spa for a small fee of 15eur per person or you can book a room which has a private sauna for yourself. Lunch and dinner is available to order if you want which makes your stay more convenient. Staff were very nice and helpful too.

Corridor of the floor was smelling bad, the carpet had a lot of stains which might be making that smell, good if the carpet gets replaced soon. Cleanliness of the room was perfect. Nothing to complain there. I wish if the breakfast buffet had a bigger variety too.

The daily breakfast buffet was descent for what you pay for. It was the same every day, but I can't complain- the porridge was delicious! They also had scrambled eggs, cereal, pastries, toast. The coffee machine was also good. The location is EXCELLENT. A five minute walk from the five-krooner viewing platform and from the promenade. I can imagine in the summer the promenade/beach gets very busy. The hotel is really in the center of things, everything was very walkable from here. We didn't use it, but the new spa also looked good.

There really isn't much to complain about. The hotel restaurant only had one real vegetarian meal option- it was ok, but there were plenty of other places around to eat at.

Very centrally located. I got a free-of-charge upgrade! Breakfast included. Very nice and helpful administrators.

1/ The room key (room 2010) did not work and I had to ask administrator to open my door each time! :( 2/ No air conditioning, only a fan was available 3/ Lots of blood-eating mosquitos in the room; luckily I had a fumigator with me 4/ Many guests and only a few tables in the breakfast room 5/ Sauna facilities not included in the package 6/ Finally, a bit pricy option for Narva.

The location is central and close to both buss station and railway station. The room and breakfeast decent, nothing special. The spa that is at the hotel is small but modern and new.

Not so noise resistant rooms but luckily it is quite calm so we only heard once people from other room. No real way to adjust temperature in room besides opening window or using the fan. Which could be an annoyance in summer.

Hotel located inside city, walking distance to many places and also easily accessible with car. Parking lot behind hotel free for hotel guests. Breakfast was good and hotel staff was helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. This is not very new hotel building but it is good place to stay and is of good value for money. Hotel has also a spa with sauna and restaurant.

I arrived late from Ivangorod and didn't have any accommodation. I booked this hotel last minute and I don't regret it. The room was comfortable, the staff very friendly and the best thing about my stay was the breakfast. So many options available, I was full for the whole day 😁

It was a bit expensive, but maybe because I booked last minute. The rental apartments in Narva are much better value in my opinion, but that's not an option if you urgently need a room at midnight.
