This hotel exceeds exceptional hospitality and comfort. Excellent service from all staff - reception, housekeeping, restaurant, security - everyone was helpful and courteous - they all made our stay much better. They were very accommodating to us as a non-Indian family. Especially Nisha from salon, fantastic service and a young gentleman at reception who was always kind and respectful to our toddler - please acknowledge him, sorry we didn't catch his name. The restaurant was great, good selection of breakfast choices and in room dinning options great. Excellent, quiet room facilities with good air con, very spacious and clean. Daily housekeeping excellent. Comfortable beds. Loved the coffee machine and complimentary minibar. Great gym equipment. Small supermarket and local eateries nearby. Overall, we would definitely stay again - the people really made our stay, thank you so much.

The location is in an industrial area however central to where we needed to go and once you step into the hotel - the ambience and kind hospitality out rules that. We enjoyed watching life outside our window. To make it more perfect, having a swimming pool would be great. Nothing we didn't like.

Rooms were excellent, food was delicious and the staff were all absolutely incredible. Every member of staff genuinely could not do enough for you and made the entire stay easy and comfortable, even helping to sort things that we were doing during our stay and translating with external companies for us. Would rebook in a heartbeat the next time we visit the country.

A very modern hotel. We got there at about 7pm and check in was easy. The rooms were large and clean with good bathroom facilities. WiFi was fine and our teenagers were happy to explore. The restaurant had a good menu and the food enjoyable.

The gym and jacuzzi were closed when we got there but that could have been because it was 7pm. The room wasn't big enough for all of us, we had to get a separate cot which was basically a single mattress which was out on the floor. Surprised that there were no bigger rooms, stayed in another hotel that was smaller but had 2 king sized beds in a single room.

I must say the breakfast was truly exceptional. The spread was extensive, featuring a variety of dishes that catered to all tastes, from local delicacies to continental options. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. The dining area was spotless, with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, the breakfast experience at Golden Tulip was exceptional, setting a great start to the day. Highly recommended!

I faced an issue with air conditioning in my room.... there was water leaking from the cooling unit, causing water to drip onto the floor, which made it messy and uncomfortable. Although the staff was quick to respond when I reported the issue, but the problem still persisted.

All facilities were adequate however the housekeeping was poor, the floor was never swept up and toilet roll was never replenished so had to ask for it each time - luckily I had a few rolls in my case as we were left short on a number of occasions also had to ask for towels and bath mat and soap so let down on housekeeping but the staff were all so pleasant and welcoming

breakfast was great... nice variety....Staff really polite, always accommodating from front desk, to restaurant staff to security staff. Room was always cleaned, and fresh on my return, WIFI is great. Menu is exceptional and great variety. Chefs come out and see if you like the food and change any requirements you wish. Tea is really nice and the biscuits you get with it are exceptional. The owner eats in the restaurant so you need food is always on point. Dessert are really nice.

Once you get used to the location, it is fine.

I loved the room. It was spacious, modern, and tasteful with great views of the city. I particularly liked the clever use of a window between the bathroom and bedroom. I'd say it's the best hotel I've been to in years. Hospitality was exceptional, and the food was great. The front desk was always available and helpful as well as the rest of the staff members. There were lovely little touches, like the complimentary drink and biscuits on arrival and the kind staff member who brought me a cappuccino while I was waiting to be taken to my friend's house. I was in Jalandhar for pre-wedding festivities, so I didn't do any sightseeing or manage to use the hotel facilities, but the location was great and easy to get to and from places.

Pro-actively tell guests about Wi-Fi availability. I had to figure this on my own, not hard, but other guests may not be as quick. Wi-Fi limited to 2 devices only, which should also be made clear upfront. . I struggled to get my laptop on the Wifi, as we got our phones on the Wifi, and there was no way to remove one phone to make up a slot for the laptop. Can be a huge inconvenience especially if we needed to do work while staying there.

We stayed at the Golden Tulip for two weeks as we were visiting family in Jalandhar, I can truly say that our stay at the Hotel was brilliant, the Hotel was very clean. Our room was good size and cleaned daily. The breakfast was very good they had international and Indian dishes too. We also had dinner in the Restaurant a couple of times again food was delicious. All the restaurant staff were very polite, head chef often came out and chatted with the customers too. We also used the Hotel Salon for massages and treatments this was also very clean and prices very good, both staff members Sandie and Suresh were very helpful and knowledgeable. Just also would like to mention the door man was very helpful and always smiling. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to friends and family and also stay here again.

I stayed in Tulip about 2 weeks and really appreciate the Welcome behaviour of all the staff members. They are also happy to help resolve any issues I had while I stay. I would like mention few staff member whom always be there for me if I have any questions. Manisha & Vijay in kitchen area were really helpful in the morning breakfast. Always there with their charming smile on face. And I would also really Thankful for the 2 young staff member (Sardar in white & black uniforms)in your main gate. They were really polite and helpful all the time when coming back with heavy bags, they were always come forwards and help me to get in the room safely. Their friendly behaviour make me feel safe and secure in the hotel. So a big Thankyou for all of your staff!

The things I did not like were the location of the hotel and party hall on above of the rooms. Both were not environment friendly, to much pollution around the hotel. And when it’s sleeping time then the noise pollution in bedrooms which not let u sleep until 12:30 midnight. Management should realise that when their guest were sleeping, they should not let the party goes that loud. I was having some health issue and cannot rest after medication just because the noise above on the floor were too loud. I did make call to receptionist for this.
