Free shuttle service, comfortable beds (the best!) self shutting drapes - this is what Mexican luxury is all about. I loved this hotel room. Breakfast was AMAZING - best conchas I've EVER HAD and I hate conchas.

The staff was not friendly and it felt like they didn't want us there or thought we were beneath them. I've stayed in Fiesta Americanas all over Mexico and this staff was off. That being said, the amazing bartender/waitress at the first restaurant (closest to the check-in) was so helpful and left me with a good reference for staff. Additionally, I tried to use their site directly to book but it was not userfriendly - booking.com was so much easier to book through.

I love how clean and beautiful the property is. It is very close to the airport, which is convenient. The beds and the cotton used for the bed sheets and pillows are simply the best! Very comfortable. A huge thank you to Mrs. Alejandra (from reception); she is very nice and effective at her job. Also, a huge thank you to Mrs. Patricia, the GM of the hotel, who is very hands-on and helpful.

The rest of the staff at reception don’t seem to align with Fiesta Americana values. They are not helpful and always have a long face. Additionally, the food at the buffet could improve in taste. More vegetarian and vegan options would be highly appreciated.

This hotel was way beyond my expectations and is up there with one the nicest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying at. It was very well appointed, was immaculately clean, the sheets were so soft I had a fantasy of stealing them, the carpet in the room was clean and super soft, the room was high tech with the lights and curtains opening/turning on with the push of a button, and the room was totally silent. There are restaurants in the complex downstairs so you don't have to go into the city if you don't want to. The shuttle to the airport was fast and in a brand new large car. Really terrific!

Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bed was wonderful, with crisp sheets and comfortable mattress and pillows. The bathroom had nice bath products (CO Bigelow) and plenty of towels. The staff were all very friendly and the airport shuttle was great.

The location was very confusing and we didn't get any tips on it in advance. It's in some kind of mall, with the lobby on an upper floor accessible though a specific set of elevators. Most of the signage, including the correct button in the elevator, only listed the restaurant name and not the hotel name. We had to guess a few times before finding the right floor.

Super chic and modern, and it’s located inside a mall so it makes access to food very easy. Rooms were big and comfy!

Not the most baby friendly hotel. Also their restaurant felt overpriced. It took us a while to find the person responsible for the taxi, she didn’t wear a uniform or the colour codes the hotel said she would be and looked like a random person waiting for someone at the airport. I just happen to go to her to enquire where I can find the person from the hotel and if she’s seen them around to which she replied that she was the one. Took 20 mins for the car to come but it was super clean and fancy!

Efficient helpful friendly staff. Only problem we had was that we arrived at MEX airport after midnight, waited for transport ( free t hotel) but it didnt arrive. On phoning the hotel very costly when abroad for a mobile we were told that you have to let them know when arriving after 0000hrs. I actually sent a message via Booking. com to let them know of our late arrival. It appears that Booking.com never pass on the messages.

We took advantage of the free airport shuttle, since the beginning staff were asking us about our stay and if we needed assistance. We went to a concert in Foro Sol and it was the perfect walking distance to avoid traffic and waiting times. Loved that it's located over a plaza, it helps to kill time when needed, grab a snack or go to the movies.

Even though it's a very good hotel, I do believe it's a bit overpriced, but if I have another event I'd definitely stay here again. This might be personal preference but I didn't love the shower, it's makes an awkward experience regarding privacy and keeping your change of clothes dry.

The lovely Estephania(?) who checked us in was kind, professional and, as one of us had mobility issues, allowed us to check in early at 11:20. She set the tone for this stay. Rooms were lovely, quiet, and our guests loved their bed and pillows (as did we). Husband was pleased with international news channels. While there was only one cup for coffee, a second one was provided when requested and they would have provided additional pods on request as well.

Very minor, but mall had no pharmacy and one of us was in dire need of Tylenol/Advil.

Rooms clean. Restaurant staff friendly.

Ceilings light hitting the head where its hanging. When trying to switch the lights on. City vehicles fumes, felt pollution level too high as near the busy roads. Reception staff telling that free shuttle available to book in 10 minutes. The evening reception staff says its available every 1 hour when gone to book ended up booking a taxi last minute.

We ordered room service. Good portions were larger than we could eat, food was ver good and the service excellent.
