It is a nice and cosy hotel, you can make walks nearby, and to the city center you can order a taxi.. Good to have a rest for a couple of days. See you again.

Excellent hôtel. Enjoyed a wonderful massage in my room.

I expected it to be spotlessly clean. But there was a lot of hair on the floor. Other than that - it was clean though.

Food was mediocre, I had Steak & mashed potatoes, poor quality meat, while the potatoes seamed fresh they were tasteless. Duck spring rolls were unremarkable. Breakfast was good, nice selection and presented well.

Our beds and rooms were clean. Very nice facility.

Low level of property and room maintenance, staff members are dear and would benefit from foreign language Knowledge and higher level of service. This is being said from position of care, as people there were trying their best and there is also potential with facilities.

Large rooms, free airport shuttle, large choice at breakfast, pool.

View from the room was on trash. Location was fairly remote on a hill outside of town. Atmosphere was that of a large conference hotel (in fact there was a wedding going on during our stay). All this didn't matter for us as we just wanted to spend the night before our flight here. For exploring Luwuk without your own transport it would otherwise be inconvenient.

Nice, quiet location with good views on Luwuk. Comfy bed with clean sheets, good working AC, very friendly staff, free airport transfer.

The hotel is very run down, complete lack of maintenance, rooms are worn out and not clean, extensive breakfast but only indonesian options. We stayed in Estrella 5 years ago, then it was a vibrant hotel, not anymore. They keep 1 rabbit in a cage in the heat.

Breakfast and spa. The massage therapist there is amazing!

The hotel needs a but renovation, the bathrooms are quite dirty.

The room was big and clean ..

The Air Conditioner wasn't cool enough for the big room that I stayed . And , the breakfast room also was really hot . Air Conditioner didn't works at all . Not good ..

better stay at Santika! At the beginning they wanted us to pay for the room, instead booking said we paid already by credit card. But they tried to explain that they didn’t want to do it like that, we had to pay with credit card at the reception. Now we don’t know if they make it twice. Three times we need a new room because of the smell, everywhere it had mold at the ceiling. The service didn’t understand. In the evening we had dinner, they didn’t bring us summer rolls but wanted us to pay for it. The whole area could be such a nice place but the building is not anymore like the pictures. Maybe it looked like that 40 years ago.
