Hotel is about 15 minute drive from the airport. Room was big with lots of space, and had an excellent view of Luwuk and the ocean. There was also a desk and chair as well as a small sofa. Lots of space for luggage and belongings. Was quiet except when people were passing by in the hallway. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower had great pressure and lots of hot water. Robes and slippers provided in the room. Staff were all very nice and helpful. Convenience store just down the hill as well as a couple restaurants and Kilo beach.

Some of the room and pool towels had an awful smell once they became wet. Pool seemed clean some days and other days, not so much.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. They provided us e.g. with an awesome lunch package on our last day at 3 in the morning! The breakfast was good and plentiful, the one time we had dinner in the hotel was also quite nice and tasty! We liked the pool area, although the sun lounges seemed to be worn down quite a bit.

I would wish that the cleaning would be better. Under our bed there clearly nobody had cleaned up for quite some time, since there were remainings (e.g. ear sticks of other guests). Our first room smelled really moldy, but we were able to switch at once. The gym area is a joke.

Staff were friendly and polite, 5-7 minutes walk to the waterfront.

Gym consists of just a treadmill and a few sets of dumbbells thats it. Cigarette smell wofts from corridor and comes underneath room door and your clothes end up smelling of cigarette smoke.

Perfect place to stay in Luwuk. Nice terrace to chill and have a drink, also possible to eat in the restaurant. Breakfast was truly amazing with plenty of Indonesian and western options. Good room, bed and shower. Friendly, polite and helpful stuff members. We stayed again on our way back.

Nice comfy bed after a long ferry ride and drive from the Togean Islands. Room service was good. Great view of the bay from my window.

Air con didn't work. I arrived after midnight and was only staying one night but mentioned to reception when I left so that they could fix it for the next person. I had to pay extra for this room as it has a double bed and the manager refunded the extra payment, so it was handled well.

The location of the hotel is a bit uphill, therefore you have a wonderful view over the ocean and the surroundings. The restaurant is on the top floor and you can sit outside in the evening to enjoy the scenery. They have a nice swimmingpool with a beautiful view as well. We also loved the breakfast, because they had so many different items and lovely local dishes. The service was very good too. For example, they helped us with finding local transport to Ampana.

Breakfast is open until 10am but at 9 some products was not available and staff did not refill. We went out for dinner and difficult to get a Taxi back after 7pm

The staff were fantastic. Very friendly and happy to chat with us.

Room looked onto noisy parking lot. The music in the dining area was ok but maybe more variety would make the experience nicer.

We asked for the laundry service but the prices were outrageous. We had to pay 300.000 for 1 bag of laundry, now we learn from it hahaha

It’s hard to communicate with the staff in English. Mainly in the restaurant. Make sure they understand what you are asking or you’ll get a different dish not the one you’ve ordered.
