Great location and great staff. Restaurant Buffet stays beyond their ending time. Clean hotel.

No room service,Humidity is almost all over the air.There was no tea and sugar in my appartement as stated in the room amenities on Booking.

The beachside hotel is beautiful, with a nice buffet breakfast. However, the lunch menu remains the same each day. The reception staff are friendly and multilingual, making check-in smooth and welcoming.

There is an open space on the right side of the gate where trucks arrive to dump concrete and soil. It appears to be a beachside construction site, but people keep coming and urinating and shitting there, which doesn’t seem normal.

The location is very convenient, room had nice view to the sea and the city, also it is well secured. I liked the airport drop off also, it's a huge plus and no stress looking for taxis. Breakfast is nice.

Everything was perfect, I could only suggest the same way it has free airport pick-up/drop-off, to provide this service also from the port, many International arrivals like me are arricing by scheduled speed boat services. Also the distance is much shorter than the airport.

The place was very clean, staff were welcoming and surprisingly spoke English which I wasn’t expecting..

My only issue was with the internet it goes off and on and works best during the morning time. This a critique and a compliment, goes to show what a great time I had!

We loved the pool. In the evening we could eat there, sparing us to go out. The hotel gave us a room which had an ocean view, which was very lovely. Thank you.

The service during breakfast time was a bit slow. There was not much cutlery, glasses, bowls etc available. For everything we needed to ask, and either wait quite a bit, or did not receive the items at all.

It was okay

There were some necessary items absent from the room. That makes it less than other 3-4 star hotels. Eg. Coffee utensils, toiletries, refrigerator. These are common in all hotels all around the world. Sorry for being straight forward In my reply. But i deemed it fit to bring good to your notice . Hope to see u soon.

Very clean and safe facility

Could have more things in the room (water kettle for ex.) Staff was nice but we had to ask multiple times for the shuttle (the day before we left and the day we were leaving). Shuttle service is not very reliable.

The food was very good …overall worth to pay and stay

If some restaurant or coffee shop nearby it would have been better

Food it's good but take time to serve
