OMG this place was beautiful, the staff was great from the people at the front desk to the people in the restaurants. The food was amazing, the grounds were beautiful. I hurt my eye and my husband had to take me to the hospital there in the middle of the night, the staff was very helpful. And they even followed up by checking on us while we were out. The room was clean and spacious the AC was perfect in the room.

I didn't like that I don't understand French so it made it hard to communicate with the people but I would be better prepared for next time.

Good business hotel in a secure location. Clean and pleasant rooms with "all one needs". Good restaurant with a personal touch due to very kind staff. The hotel is well located for meetings with the various nearby ministries.

The airconditioning in the business center appears to be out of order. The airconditioning in the bar area is not up to the job. It is better to stay in the restaurant or in one's room until sunset.

The entire room was comfortable. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The buffet breakfast is fantastic. The airport transfer is perfectly fine for people who are patient and flexible. Judging by the upscale clientele and the reviews, the Noom Hotel is not getting nearly the credit it deserves. I personally believe anybody visiting Conakry would be making an excellent decision to base themselves here.

I liked everything. It would be incredibly easy to blame them for things that are clearly not their fault. One example would be the WiFi outage that had absolutely nothing to do with them. On the contrary, they did everything humanly possible to help everyone through it. And the staff never lost their cool. Very impressive.

Frequent power cuts causing the internet and TV systems to require full restarts. Air conditioning in the public spaces should improve (especially in the business center and at the bar).Internet in the room was non-existent forcing one to go to the public areas where the power sockets are not connected limiting computer time.

The (female) staff are front desk was great. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the pool was very nice. The kids loved it.

The barkeeper was one of the worst ever experienced. Zero client orientation. The restaurant was also not available due to a conference and in such a situation I expect more flexibility when it comes to get something to eat. You can’t advertise a restaurant and then nothing of it is available.

The organization of the restaurant staff lacks efficiency: it takes ages before orders are brought to the table.

unique issue was regarding Dinning service: pass order and wait 50 minutes to get starter. the issue was during 02 nights while the last night was open buffet and was very nice

the pool the drinks the music the dj the singers the reception staff assy and sakona and the reception guy in the morning that took me my breakfast to go all very friendly the pool security staff all good conakry is not easy so this is an oasis free shutle to airport

Th hotel staff is very kind, but they are very distracted. We ask for something and many times they forget...or it takes a long time for them to realize that we are calling them.

OMG, I had the best time at this hotel! Everything was PERFECT! The staff was super friendly, the views were stunning, and the breakfast buffet had so many yummy options. And let me tell you, their Sunday brunch was to die for! Can't wait to go back and experience it all over again!
