What I liked here is that it is close to Petro Rabigh, the breakfast is delicious like chicken adobo and others. the room is nice and clean. the employees are kind. My only concern is to put a cover or anti noise under the door so that the other room can't be heard when the door closes.

Simple, tidy, and clean; the rooms are too big and with panaromic windws. I started my day with a fantastic view of sunrise 😎. The breakfast buffet was superb 👍.

The corridors were not air conditioned, and the rooms ac adjustments wasn't that good responsive. Room amenities was some limited (teabags: 1 red & 1 green). But it's no bother.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ensuring I was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of delicious options. Everything, from the clean rooms to the service, was excellent. Highly recommend!

The bathroom could do with some maintenance. The plumbing system appears to be leaking whenever the bathroom is in use. The carpet also need cleaning

The hotel was clean, and for Rabigh, it is luxurious. I liked the glass office, the room was spacious as well. I think that was the deluxe room with king bed. The restaurant is a while floor, the breakfast buffet was great with many options.

The janitor rang the bell even though i had the "do not disturb" sign hung on the door. When i ignored the bell, he used his key and opened the door still. I stopped him at the door and he apologized. While going out, he took the sign off and placed on the inside instead of putting back on the outside of the door. I don't understand why whould he do either of those things. There is a small leak in the sink, not a big discomfort but needs to be fixed. As good as the restaurant was, i found a long white hair in my breakfast.

It mentioned they have iron but I didn’t have one, they should provide you with water every day, but they didn’t unless I call them to provide 😐.

The windows are dusty and need to be cleaned. The shower floor could be better designed. There are no supermarkets or restaurants around. You need to drive to reach one

We stayed overnight and left the next morning after breakfast. We had no real issues. It's not a continental breakfast, but it was good, and great pride is taken in presentation.

Friendly and helpful staff from the front desk to the housekeeping. Pleasant breakfast option.

A bit worn out furnitures and fixtures. Alot of excessive automatic air freshners. Dim lighting in the bathroom.
