I loved that there is a pool and hot tub. The people were very friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable! Everything was very clean in the bedroom. I checked out a day early and I wasn't expecting a refund for the night I didn't stay and I got one.

The hot tub could use a cleaning. However it didn't take away from my stay and wasn't horrible. I wasn't told when breakfast started or ended so I did end up missing out on that.

The bed was very comfortable and a good shower! Everything seemed clean as well.

The breakfast kind of lacked. OJ was out and I couldn't get Apple juice either. There was one muffin, usually you have biscuits and gravy I thought.

Breakfast was very good and had lots of options and choices. The pool area was also great. The entire property was quiet at appropriate times and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Out of creamer everyday of our 7 day stay. Many days they were out of something. Food they had was good. Person taking care of replenishing items had numerous other duties so maybe during breakfast hours that should be their only task.

We were happy with our stay overall. Very helpful and friendly employees! Would definitely stay again!

I love staying at the Americinn Wyndhams they always seem more family oriented. Staff is always great parking is always in front, great amenities you can never go wrong. Also amazing housekeeping team you guys are what make the hotel run and your team rocks and don't forget it!

Booked room online, at last minute/late due to emergency situation. Needed room for 3 persons. Online booking showed king suite—-picture including king bed and couch. That would work perfectly. However, room had only king bed. Feel like the online booking was misleading.

They had an ice storm while I was staying in town that was known about and they did not prepare the parking lot at all for it by laying salt down and I fell very hard I’m still in pain I’m just glad it was me and not one of my grandparents, child, or fiancé who was on crutches.

Breakfast was good, including waffles, hot food, and other options. Convenient location for our stay.

There was no sign outside to identify the hotel. Not enough light in the hallway of the room. Our bathroom floor was sticky.

Bathroom fan nonfunctional, toilet hard to flush, seat loose.
