The ceiling of the room was high making the room relaxing. The size of the room was good. The laundry facility was convenient. The 24 hour coffee in the lobby was convenient and the coffee itself was great. The pool was pretty. The location is awesome right next to the Chimei Museum!

Wish the pool hour was longer so I could swim when there were fewer little kids.

The pool and interior decorating within the hotel. It's handy to be next to the cultural park and ChiMei Museum. And the hotel is surrounded by trees with lushness.

Swimming in the pool required for a swimming cap. However, I have never been asked for wearing a cap when I had a swim at overseas hotels or the Taipei Regent Hotel. The poor excuse I was informed that Taiwan has better standards and requirements of personal hygiene.

The hotel is brand new, artistic decors, quality bedding, and furnishings. The manager, Mr. Bruce Tsai has been excellent, courteous and provides professional service for customers. The hotel is close to ChiMei Museum, which is the must visit when in Tainan. Will definitely visit again in the future.

It's a bit far from the central of the city, but the hotel provides free shuttle service to the central.

I love the ambience and the decoration. The breakfast that they offer is excellent, their staffs are friendly, the premise is clean and they have indoor parking!

The location is somewhat outskirt but it is really convenient if you plan to visit Ten Drum Creative Park. The opening hour of the swimming pool is too short, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy it.

The room was spacious and bright. Kids loved the bunk beds! The walk in shower and toilet are separate and spacious. Their customer service was wonderful! My husband left his phone on the taxi and he still had airplane mode on so we couldn't call his phone. The manager (I assumed he is) went through their surveillance camera and found our taxi driver and contacted him for us! We are very grateful for his quick thinking and wonderful service! Great stay!!!

Room size is exceptional for the price point. The whole hotel is perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. So sorry I forgot to bring my swimming shorts because the pool looked very inviting. And they run a free shuttle into town if you can’t get a table in the restaurant.

I don’t usually eat breakfast but they offer variety options with very tasty plating. Of course the flavor was right on the spot. Also the room is relatively big. I stayed there on the weekdays, very quiet which I like not a crowded breakfast place.

The room is cute. Love the decoration in the room and around the hotel. Love that they incorporate some of the Taiwanese cultures in their design at the lobby. Free traditional Taiwanese snack at the coffee bar for grab.
