Beautiful room overlooking the harbour decorated in a maritime style. Felt like we were sleeping in a Bedouin tent with the roof drapes and blinds. Wonderful! And what a view to wake up to! Bed was very comfortable. Kettle provided. Plenty of space. Bathroom compact and the shower was good once the hot water came through. We were obviously a long way from the boiler but that wasn’t a problem. Loved our stay and hope to be back. We didn’t have breakfast but reading the reviews I’m thinking we definitely missed out!! Next time!

small hotel in an old mansion overlooking the pleasure boat Harbor, right in the center with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping nearby and a colorful bit quiet nightlife. We had the room with the balcony shown in the picture, which was large and well appointed and clean. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. This was our second stay, and we would return again.

Location. Tremendous welcome from the gentleman on Reception. We were early but he ushered us to our room and made recommendations for dinner. The room was spotless and had all we needed. This hotel is virtually on the quayside in Paimpol, near the marina/harbour as well as the restaurants, shops and tourist info office. Breakfast was very good, just what we needed.

This hotel is a lovely place to stay in one of the most remote points of Bretagne. The rooms were excellent, the reception staff was great and the breakfast staff (run by a very friendly and dynamic lady) gets a special gold medal for the service provided. truly a lovely experience!

Only minus could be that the hotel did not have its own parking, but the public parking in front of the hotel did cover that need.

The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. We were at the back of the hotel so quiet. Good choice at breakfast coffee was good. Staff on reception were pleasant and helpful.

I'm not a fan of open plan bathrooms!!!!! Seems to be the way hotels who are re-furbing are going. We ate in the residents dinning room so food had to be brought from downstairs luke warm food served on cold plates did not make for a pleasant dinning experience. The food at best was barely warm but that seems to be a trait of French restaurants it spoiled was could have been a much better meal.

The layout of the hotel is somewhat bizarre. I had to take the elevator to the 4th floor and then descend two flights of stairs to my room. This isn’t a problem but it is rather quaint.

It's very difficult to fault this hotel. The staff are welcoming and professional, rooms are spacious and comfortable and well appointed. It's very comfortable and relaxing which was exactly what we needed.

The only minus was the lack of a hotel bar to chill out in but that seems to be the way things are done in France so this really is nitpicking.

Hotel is authentic, well kept. Soundproofing was better than we have expected. Staff is friendly.

There was a fun fair just a hand reach from our balcony. It is not a hotel problem, they warned us, but it ruined the view and atmosphere.

Great location, well equipped modern room. Breakfast was good and the old part of the building charming.

Room layout a little awkward, a bit noisy at night but it is right in the centre which is great. No parking. Free parking at the train station 5 mins walk away.

Perfect location overlooking the port and within walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. We booked the contemporary comfort rooms and our friends were upgraded to the superior room adjoining ours (21) which was excellent. The buffet breakfast was good, everything lovely and fresh. We ate in one of their restaurants, lovely meal, they even placed a candle on my fiends dessert as it was her birthday. All the staff in both hotel, restaurant and bar were helpful and friendly.

Although there is parking directly opposite the hotel, you need a blue disc and keep changing every hour 09-19hrs. We managed to buy one in the tabac close by. Would be good if the hotel supplied these or had some kind of agreement with the authorities for longer parking times. Not too bad in November but must be different to park in high season.
